Ora Beach Resort is a nicely designed resort with good taste, located directly by the beach. The rooms are good and comfortable. However, the price is high compared to the quality of service provided. Hot water was an issue every day, especially in the morning and evening. We had to call reception daily to send someone to reset the system, which is not acceptable for a resort at this price level. The breakfast is quite poor for the price, much more could be expected. The internet connection is below expectations. We changed rooms twice during our stay and still experienced very poor or sometimes no connection at all. Although the reception staff was friendly, most of the time when we asked for assistance or information, there was no clear answer, and they often did not seem to have the information needed. Overall, the resort has good potential thanks to its design and location, but service, maintenance, and breakfast quality need significant improvement to justify the price.

The room was tidy enough, although significant mould in the shower. No hot water for our 6 night stay despite letting reception know several times. Breakfast was very limited and not great quality despite paying a substantial price for our room which was non-refundable. The bar never seemed open and staff did not seem interested in being there. Our transfer from the airport on arrival did not show up. The whole operation of the hotel was poor and did not improve for our whole visit.

The amenities in itself are good. It’s decent and organised. The communication is poor. You always need to ask otherwise you’re room doesn’t get cleaned. There’s no acknowledging of what you’re saying, you have to ask for a follow-up. The staff is giggling rather than helping. I got food poisoning and was out for three days. They didn’t communicate that to the front desk. The food is absolutely outrageous, DO NOT EAT THERE! Not even worth it for breakfast. They likely don’t follow cleaning and food and handling procedures.

This was very clean and such a good location. Internet service was good. Their restaurant staff was not accommodating at all. Got orders wrong all the time and no assistance really . Breakfast was minimal.

Beautiful view from our room. Property were well maintained. Too many errors made by house keeping staff ex. No hand towels left in room on several occasions.

I like that the property as it’s the center of the beach. The location is acceptable, but the remainder of the establishment is below standard. The cost for our four-night stay does not match the level of service provided here. The buffet breakfast is extremely disappointing. Be aware that they do not offer a basic breakfast. I didnt even see a single piece of bacon during my entire stay. While I’m not complaining about this, a pricey resort like this should not serve such poor breakfast options, especially considering it's the most important meal of the day. My son fell ill from the food after we checked out. Everything contains MSG, even a simple fried rice. The only safe option to eat here is eggs, which you can request and are made to order. Aside from that, the food is of substandard quality. It's quite revolting. The room is acceptable, but it still does not justify the amount paid for it.

Location, facility, pool and view The work flow is paper based that is inefficient and prone to time wasting and mistakes. Furthermore, you might book a room through booking or other applications, however, the room might not be actually available once at the hotel. The miscommunication between the apps and the hotel is very bad. My advice is to call the property before booking to confirm the availability of the room you choose online.
