Nearby beach Name of hotel different on what’s mentioned on booking , rooms are not ready when we came ! And no WiFi no signal !

Super okay ng stay namin. Grabe ang generous pa ng mga staff nila for allowing us to check in a bit earlier than the standard. Was not expecting na super handson nila sa service.. When it comes to the rooms naman, ok na ok din.

Just checkout this morning and we already miss the hospitality of your staff. Rooms are clean especially the bathroom. With free tea and coffee outside the room.

Staff is great very helpful and smiley at all times. Location is good, just a few minutes to town by tricycle (50 pesos) and less than 10 min to las cabañas (100 pesos)

Staff was very nice to assist with the mistake of the person looking after their booking.com account. Did not stay here because they double booked. Good location though. Quick motorbike/trike ride to the public market. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. They had to move my family to another accommodation (Buena's Haven Travel Lodge) because they double booked. Better call them prior to booking! I booked the Citrine Travel Lodge because it looked better than Buena's Haven (but still ended up at Buena's Haven). In addition, I booked the Citrine Travel Lodge because of the ground floor room for my mom but we had to compromise (not a ground floor room replacement) when they moved them to Buena's Haven since our flight got delayed. Good thing we only stayed for one night.
