The friendly and efficient staff, very professional and very attentive. I would stay here again Just the water in the shower not having hot water control, did not know is that faulty or just hot water is not a thing here

The room is big enough for an extra bed. We super like the rooftop area where the restaurant and pool are. Amazing view! Staffs are very welcoming, good customer service. Kinda humid especially on the hallway. You shouldn't turn off the room AC so that the room won't moist. The wifi was kinda weak because they told us that they are having wifi update during that time.

Service was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and looked like they actually enjoyed working there. We had complimentary shuttle service a few times (not supposed to be that way). Later we booked the private van for the beach. They provided beach towels. Literally the service offset any unhappiness we had about the rooms. Run down facilities: place looked run down and nothing like the pictures. Dead bugs (saw one in the room, one outside the hallway), stuff not working i.e. hair dryer didn't work in 2 of the rooms, no shower door in one of the rooms, terrible wifi.

I liked this hotel a lot. A great location first of all. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I liked that our room had AC. I liked that their lobby offered a coffee/tea station 24/7. Every floor had a hot/cold water dispenser, so you didn’t always have to go to the main lobby to make coffee or get some water, which was really nice. My favorite part about this hotel was the rooftop - which offered a lovely view. Breakfast was served on the rooftop every morning, and there was always something yummy for everyone. The rooftop also had a bar where you can get drinks, or have lunch/dinner. Pool area offered a great view, and it was lovely. As well in the night time. I didn’t like that the rooms we stayed in, and also the one my parents stayed in - had mold in some places. Like around the bathroom sink faucet.. and ours had a leak in the ceiling that occasionally dripped and had mold growing around it. The water would change temperatures on its own, but it wasn’t much of a big deal. We also had really no WiFi connection in our room. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and my parents stayed on the 1st floor. They say the lobby has the best WiFi connection, but my parents couldn’t get WiFi from their room at all - and they were right next to the lobby area. Which was kind of a bummer when we would try to get in contact with each other to make plans. When we put the sign outside to “make up our room”, the only thing they did was make our bed and give us new towels. They didn’t really clean anything, and let alone refill the “shower gel” or shampoo that was already practically empty pier to our arrival. Luckily we usually bring our own shampoo/shower gel anyways. But it was something I noticed. They offer toothbrushes, but no toothpaste, so make sure to bring your own. Also, lots of little tiny flies were found around our room and bathroom. They were not mosquitoes. Just were swatting them all the time lol. I know they mentioned they were working on their WiFi & I think we’re doing some work around the hotel. Once they improve their rooms of the WiFi and mold, I think it would be an even better stay here! I did not take any pictures of those things, as it wasn’t too much an issue (for me).

The roof top restaurant views and overall layout was amazing. Most definitely the nicest part of the hotel. Also the food at the restaurant (ordered from the menu) was very good. The breakfast buffet food was OK but not needing to find a breakfast place made that part of the day easy. The room we had was dismal. Do not accept a room number that ends in 16 (216, 316, 416). These rooms are left over odd wedge-shaped rooms with tiny (dirty) windows. Almost no natural light can enter. The AC unit is above the window and drips condensate onto the glass further reducing light. The room was supposed to have a single king size bed - ours had a queen. Wifi only possible in the hotel lobby. No refrigerator (apparently these are only in the 3 person rooms (an issue if your meds require refrigeration). TV was not operational. Housekeeping got to these end rooms last during the day, so even if we were out until 4, the room was often still not done. Generally, the staff seemed 'tired of tourists'. Accommodating but not outwardly friendly. I can understand based on some of the guests and overheard comments. We did not complain at the hotel - it seemed they had enough to address - but other than the location and the roof restaurant, this hotel was a disappointment.

The view, customer service and of course everything Pretty much everything was perfect

The staff are very nice and the location is good The cleanliness of the property. The bathroom is dirty and the towels probably needs replacement as the color is not white anymore. The Php600.00 buffet breakfast is not worth your money. You are probably paying for the view and not the food. You can get far better and fresh food for that amount of money at other restaurants nearby which also has a nice view.

I loved everything, specially the treatment from the staff and the room was as described, but what we loved the most was the rooftop restaurant. Best dinner we had in Palawan!
