Location Door to dorm didn‘t close properly. The mattress was extremely worn out and the bed squeaked like crazy with even the slightest movement.

The staff are very accommodating. I arrived late and they even helped me with my big luggage all the way to the 4th flr then down for checkout. When one of the resto staff, Alice, learned that I'm travelling alone, she made sure that I'm safe while I was enjoying the party at night. Tho there's night life, everyone is considerate of the quiet hrs at 11pm. I guess the internet in the 4th flr rooms can still be improved. I have to go down to the lobby or work at the rooftop to have a decent connection.

I like that there was a lot of people I could mingle with an experience, some activities together in the hostel and outside, the location is really good close to a lot of restaurants and cafés and bars, and very close to the beach I didn’t like that the rooms were mixed. I didn’t feel safe in one room that had a man in it who was performing sexual activity with someone in the midnight what I was trying to sleep! I had to relocate to another room that is also mixed, but I felt safe there because I befriended the guys there.

My friends and I enjoyed our four-night stay at Frendz Hostel! The room was spacious enough for four people, and the bed was both comfortable and large. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly strong. When we requested room cleaning, they did a great job tidying up. Additionally, the food in their restaurant was surprisingly good as well! Overall, our stay was excellent. Thanks to the team at Frendz Hostel! While we understand that the hostel can be noisy at night due to the parties lasting until 11 or 11:30 PM, the noise from people chatting outside afterward can be quite disruptive. I wish the room had better sound insulation. Additionally, it would be helpful to have more hooks in the room for hanging clothes and towels. The Wi-Fi is also quite weak, and even using our LTE connection is unreliable, possibly because there are many people in the area.

What I liked about Frendz hostel is the ambiance. They also have activities every night and it would depend what day of the week. It happens at the rooftop where there is also a pool and a very nice view of the sea from afar. You would really meet friends from different parts of the world. There is also a party at the resto/lobby area every night and ends every 11pm. Also as observed, a lot of foreigners stay in the hostel. It does not have a refrigerator and the cp signal is very weak.

The staff was kind This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had through Booking.com, and I strongly urge Booking to re-evaluate this property. There was a loud party in the lobby until 11 PM — absolutely no chance of sleeping. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. I had booked a private room and asked to be moved. I was transferred to another building where the first room was half the size of the one I originally paid for, and the toilet was broken and overflowing — completely unacceptable and disgusting. Then I was moved again to a second room, which was even worse: tiny, smelled of mold and insecticide, and had an ancient air conditioner that made a deafening noise. Sleeping was impossible. The room also faced a noisy street with no soundproofing whatsoever. For the high price I paid, this was a disgrace .

Staff very friendly. rooftop pool lovely and great view of the sunset. very sociable hostel very much suited to younger travellers. shower head was broken and had to be held. quite noisy through the night.
