The stuff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel was clean. Very good location yet still away from the loud area.

I love the room so clean and very accommodating staff. To Jean thank you for welcoming us keep it and we will be back. I love the location its in the town proper walking distance to everything.

Nice breakfast, hot shower, big bed. Wifi was not working, if the wifi is not working hotel management should fix right away. Bed sheets were worn out, they need to be replaced. There was a kettle in my room that had an Australian plug, could not use because it had the wrong plug. I don’t understand why they have this kettle in the room, very strange and poor management.

I didn't like the fact that they are inside the alley and you cannot get the van to the hotel so our family has to get our luggage carried to the hotel. Thanks to the Ms. Glys and the woman that help us carry our suitcases.

Clean, place like home.

Location is great! Wifi only works well in the reception and breakfast is very small portion. Only 3 options.

It was a very good stay at Dengi Inn El Nido.

Breakfast in the morning was a good start and place was pretty accessible to the main street. Not too far from the main street and not dark so safe enough to walk at night without fear for safety. Room felt cool. Only shampoo mixed with conditioner. There was no daily housekeeping so the place felt more like a hostel turned into a family bunk bed room. Morning juice was not from water bottles and unsure if it was filtered. Water faucet had a lot of rust so the water tasted like rust. Unfortunately, my sister found Ameoba in her stool and started to vomit the day after leaving this place. 4 of us also ended up having diarrhea shortly after. We had to ask for toilet papers and towels several times. Only 2 slippers were given to us despite being a party of 6. Toilet was right next to the shower curtain and shower with no dividers so expect to get wet while your using the toilet or having a wet toilet seat after the shower. Unexpectedly, felt more like a hostel than a hotel or Inn and no elevators.

We booked a deluxe room, but upon arrival, we were assigned a standard room. When we complained, the management simply told us to wait for the deluxe room to be vacated and did not offer any compensation.

We can not use private toilet, reception ask us to use the public toilet and shower at lobby. It’s not convenient for our family. The water can not exit and full of clo.

Clean comfortable and really a nice room. Was on the 4th floor which I had no problem with but my partner says she’s too old for that many stairs.

Location is great and it’s close to the Lio airport. It’s in town with access to a lot of different attractions and restaurants. We were there for 5 days and there were couple of power outages. The hotel has backup power so there’s no prob with that. Also a supply of water to drink is a plus. The hotel has no elevator so if steps are a concern book a room on the first floor. The rooms don’t have enough hooks/places to dry your swimwear. The unnecessary noise that you hear while resting when you book a room next to the kitchen/staff room.
