The hotel has a fantastic view and a lot of flowers and plants.I love plants and flowers, the hotel surrounding suits me a lot.A relaxing place and the value of money is excellent. I am looking forward to be back.? The bathroom shower and when we turn on the aircon a lot of black things coming out from the aircon.but in general it is excellent to stay.

I like the room, comfy bed, clean pools and the beautiful views. The water pressure was so slow in my room but the other rooms where my kids and siblings stayed were okay.

Rooms were not clean, rusty infrastructure, poor toilets, only two water bottles provided for 5 nights, dirty towels, dirty linen and the list goes on

It was great, good view from the rooms, it happened to be right next to our bus so that was nice. they were also able to accomodate holding bags which was appreciated. It was not super close to the beach but there were some good food places within a 15 minute walk. I saw reviews about the stairs and I agree, we were only there one night so the stairs weren't too big of an issue just be prepared to walk a ton of stairs.

The highlight of our trip was the staff. They went above and beyond by surprising my parents with a beautiful "Happy Birthday" setup on their bed made of towels, flowers, and balloons! They were always approachable, happily carried our heavy luggage, and even guided our food deliveries straight to our room. A special shoutout to the owner's cute dogs, meeting them was such a lucky bonus! The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices, including a fun DIY coffee station with different varieties to try. (Though a small tip: we’d love to see Ate Flo, the pretty lady assisting at breakfast, smile a bit more to match the otherwise super warm vibe!). The pool was also clean and absolutely mesmerizing. A few quick tips for future guests: 1. Be careful walking up, as the stairs are quite steep and can get slippery, especially when returning with wet slippers from an island tour. 2. They don’t have a private parking lot, but we luckily found a spot beside the highway. Just make sure to inform them ahead of time if you’re bringing a car. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We will surely stay here again when we come back to El Nido!

the breakfast was at least ok even if you can only order one of the offers (very small, but if you asked you get bit more) The shock was extreme when we arrived. The driver was laughing and told us (we are seniors) good luck with the 220 stairs. We were not able to get our booked big room (what we paid for) because it was very high and we are not able to walk up all the very uneven, steep stairs. We needed to accept a small, simple room. So no 36sm, no view, and not possible to use the pool (very high up in this resort).

The view was amazing and the private pool was great. Its a hike to get to the villa, makes you not want to leave and also makes you dread coming back up all those stairs. You would think that because its inconvenient to go up and down all those stairs they would offer breakfast, lunch and dinner but they only offered breakfast and thats it. Our electricity went out on our last night and front desk was closed. So we messaged the property via whatsapp but didnt receive a text back. The emergency light went on and we couldnt turn it off, it was really bright and we had to cover it with towels to be able to sleep.
