The location was fantastic The water pressure is the only downside but from talking to others in different hotels its the. So not much you can do about that. Just be aware of it so you aren't disappointed. Also no elevator so only stairs but the bell hop will take your suitcase up.

The staff was excellent satisfying every request during our stay.

Perfect location, big and clean room, the bathroom is big enough. The crew is helpful and very very kind!

Loved the vibe here! You’re right at the town proper with tons of food options nearby. The staff are so sweet and the rooms are big enough to actually move around in. Word of advice for El Nido: avoid the tap water (even for brushing teeth!). Huge thanks to the hotel for keeping purified water dispensers on every floor—it made staying hydrated so much easier.

Pros, Great location. Excellent staff. Con’s, no fridge and stairs that kill your knees if you’re over 40 like me. Lol. Especially, if you’re on the 4th floor. See above

We were a bit nervous coming here since the reviews were all over the place, but it really isn’t that bad (coming from a pretty picky person). We booked it last minute and while it was a bit over our travelers budget, I think it’s better than what we could’ve gotten in the area. They have cleaners who come and tidy up everyday and give you fresh towels. There is wifi and included breakfast, which was surprisingly great. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated, but there is hot water and it’s clean. It is on the main street so it can be a little noisy, but white/brown noise drowns it out. Overall, we would stay again if we came on a whim again.

The location is excellent.Walk right outside, and you're downtown ,block from the beach The building does not have an elevator,..i wouldn't call it absolutely quiet either.However, being its prime location in the downtown area, probably nowhere is absolutely quiet.

“The hotel is in a very good location, although it is quite noisy. The room was very modest and did not have a refrigerator. The bedding was clean, and the breakfasts were decent, but the staff did not consistently fulfill their duties. Each day we had to remind them about something—for instance, the fruit included in the set was forgotten twice, and it was only on the last day that butter and jam were provided with the bread. Unfortunately, in many places we felt the same way, not truly welcomed, which I don’t understand, as it is thanks to tourists that the situation of many people improves. I did not feel like a hotel guest here, but rather like an intruder.”

Clean, spacious room

The location is great you're right downtown, it's not right on the ocean,.But I didn't really need that anyway,, the ocean is two short blocks away.. There's a lot of motorbike rentals here in el.Nino, but I was able to rent one actually from the hotel which seemed convenient, the beds were slightly above average, which is nice.Got good sleep, the staff extremely courteous, they provide unlimited drinking water, which is necessary here in el.Nido, I ended up with a third floor room and there is no elevator here... If I was to book here again, I would try to figure out how I could get one on the ground level, or second floor... I used a poking agent online.So I didn't remember getting a choice...

What I like most about the hotel is located in a very good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Center of town, clean room, comfortable bed, cool AC Only a thin top sheet on the bed, no real blanket. Blank room design. Loud road and drilling across the way in the middle of the night. Strong smell of mold some days in the lobby. Two huge gas canisters stored in the small smoking area and no concern to move them.

The staffs were very courteous and helpful. It would be nice to have an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was tiring to go down and up jf you’re senior citizens like is.
