The staff was nice and helpful The property is far from the center in an area that only has two restaurants and nothing more, here it is worth staying more to the center. The floors and walls are very thin making it uncomfortable for all guests as you can hear EVERYTHING. The shower pipe broke when we first tried to use it, pushing large amounts of water out and floating the bathroom until we were able to fix it by ourselves. They sent someone the next day but were not able to fix it completely so we had to be careful when showering with another shower head .

We went to El Nido with the family. Miss Ashley was very approachable—she arranged everything for us: tours, van transfers, and motorbike rentals. The location was great, close to everything. The place was clean and the air conditioning was cool. Overall, we had a fun vacation.

The room was really nice, the interior made it cozy. The location was good and everything was clean. We heard everything in the room. Everything from outside and everything from the neighbors. It felt like we were in the same room as the neighbors. It was very very noisy.

We even also cooked for our breakfast and dinner, that saved us a lot from eating outside. The owner immediately responded to our queries and assisted us when needed. It is budget friendly and affordable. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The representations are exactly what we have stayed. Maybe the thing that could be improved is the service going to TownSquare. It may be an added feature and of course at an additional fee.

Walking distance to the center. The noise from the street & the noise from the aircon .. use the provided earplugs.

The staff was so lovely and willing to help at any time :) it‘s about a 10minute walk into the main part. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Thanks a lot to all of you! I felt very welcome :)
