Location was great I arrived and l have to wait 20 min until Someone came from check in. I have to wash my hair kneeling bc no water pressure main shower faucet. No safety box. No toiletries

The room was clean and the location was perfect for doing tours. Terrace off front of room to dry gear. Great breakfast!! Nothing

They let us leave our luggage prior to check in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. We were scheduled for island hopping on the day of our check out and they were really kind to let us use their washroom so we can shower even after we’ve already checked out. None

Great location. Breakfast very good. Staff( Jerome, Chess( front),Alidan( housekeeping), Ice Ice baby, ALL EXCELLENT. Staff provided info on local eats, etc… Zilch

Right in the town but the room was not facing the main road so it was surprisingly quiet Nothing to dislike at all

Excellent location. Staff is very nice. Breakfast has Good variety to choose from, it is served in the coffee shop next door so its nice. you can aslo get it in your room. The girls in the front helped us book a tour, and it was better than the one we booked before by ourselves somehwere else. Overall good value for money, cute place, it deserves a better score than the place had when we booked. There is power outages almost every day, but the hotel has its own power generator. Aslo the water pressure and toilet could be better

There is a water problem in El Nido at the moment but the staff and the owner always made sure there was water so that one could do the morning business and shower any time of the day. The beds are super comfy and the pillows are dream pillows. It's walking distance from bars, restaurants and shopping street. Main street outside so it's easy to get a trike but it's still really quiet inside the yard. The aircons are quiet, the tv works for Netflix and so on and is not locked for usb stored movies or music. The breakfast served at Blackbird (Just at the entrance to the yard) is really good (try their mussli) and one can have it served on the little patio outside each room. The dipping pool is nice as well and a perfect spot for a friendly beer or something in the evening after the tours, there is also a wc putside so one does'nt have to run to the room if one is at the pool. In all one can say that it does not fit the hotel category but more like your own little studio. The wifi is good as well and free. Ordering breakfast is easy by using the QR code found in each room. Really nothing.

The place is kept clean, it’s in a good area. The faucet for the sink was never working properly and had some days where it wouldn’t work. Same with the shower, had some times where the water heater never worked so we had to shower in cold water for a few of the nights. It was either extremely hot or freezing cold.

Breakfast still is a block away from Bulul Garden, room service would be nice.

the only thing missing would be a fridge to keep some cool drinks, but that might be because of the power-cuts?! also if you plan to stay for longer, know that there is no wardrobe. there is hot water, but you have to choose between cold shower and really hot shower :)
