It was comfy with good airconditioning (really needed since it could get very warm and humid in the area), and the location was great. Just a few blocks away from the El Nido beach and Town Square. The bathroom is spacious too and they have hot and cold water. Staff are very helpful, warm and welcoming. Not much, but I wish the room had proper ventilation and better soundproofing. Even just a standard exhaust fan in the bathroom would have made a huge difference in making the place more comfortable and reducing the musty, damp smell, if a small window is not possible. Most travelers here spend their days at the beach or out at sea like us and often don’t have time to do laundry, so good ventilation really matters.

The hotel was a pleasant and the rooms we're clean and the stuff we're very helpful in booking us transports and tours. The location is a bit far from the main town. You have to walk for 9-10 mins to get to the hotel and town which is a bit hassle but the view makes up for it

Walking distance to attractions. Minimal privacy as room was located right by office where you hear everything. WiFi would be a plus.

Bargain stay for the price. Clean and has all the basic amenities. The staff were really lovely, so nice and helpful, especially when all the tours were rained off, helping me decide what else to do with my day. The aircon was pretty noisey but that's not unexpected in hot countries like this.

The host was accommodating and friendly

Quite central location Tap was broken, politely i said that i can manage with shower. But the problem did’nt fixed. No hot water! Noisy, drunk French guys discussed all night but nobody warned them and i could’nt sleep comfortably.

Overall for the price it was a good place to stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful. It could use some updates. Aircon had a hard time keeping room cool during the day. WiFi would only work in the lounge area and not in our room.

Its near the center Place doesnt seem worthy for the price. It needs a big renovation.

The owners are nice and helped booking an island hopping tour. Free coffee and purified water tank at disposal. This is very bad value for money. The bedroom is tatty and moldy. The bedsheets were stained all over, mold in the bathroom. Plugs not Working. Walls are paper thin and some bedrooms face the common area so you hear people taking their breakfast in the morning and watching videos or chatting at night. You’re 10mn away from the old town, which didn’t bother me but for the price paid, you can have much better in town. I would rather have staid in a nice dorm than in this double room. Also the AC is so loud that you have to stop it at night.

Very nice place to stay with your family. The location is quiet and not too far from the center. Angel was the best guide and support for us that we can have. She was very responsive and helped with anything we needed, transfers, scooter rental, booking trips on the water ... and more. I warmly recommend this place tonspend you vacation.

Great staff, friendly and welcoming. Location is not the best but provides good comfort for the value, especially the family room. Location, and some noise from other guests at night. It’s a backpacking place more catered to young people, so you have to count on some late night noise.

Super friendly staff and an easy walk into town (especially when the tide is further out). The room had everything we needed and was clean. The cleaning product smell wasn’t the best smell but we would adjust to it after being in the room. Much better than a dirty smell.

The location was ideal, quite a bit of a challenge to get there with high tide but that was part of the fun of it. Lovely restaurants nearby The smell in the room wasn’t pleasant, and we were not able to ventilate as door/window couldn’t be left open due to lack of mosquito net. Noisy A/C. Other guests were smoking in the common area, next to the bedrooms, despite signs forbidding this, but staff didn’t do much about this.

Romantic location, right next to a cute restaurant next door, hosts are magnificent. Good value, nice walk from town but not too far Sheets are pretty thin.

The staff are super friendly especially Ms. Angel and Michael. They’re very helpful and address your concerns promptly. No available parking space and cars can’t get in at hotel location. Google maps suggest to take the unpaved road going to the hotel. However, it’s very risky to drive and lots of cars got stocked especially when it’s raining. So don’t do it.

Very clean and angel was a brilliant host! Gave us all the information we needed and was very friendly and helpful.

The room and comfort room is clean and spacious. Rental is not that pricy. There is a nice view walking from Keira to the Town Square. The area is quiet, you can sleep peacefully at night. The customer service is superb! Ms Gel assisted us from the booking inquiries, coordinated our tours and tuktuk transfers, suggests options for food and places to visit. She is also open in accepting us back at their place after experiencing an unfortunate event while transferring to Puerto Princesa. She even checked us if we arrived safe. What a great host! Nothing.
