When we got there the family deluxe room that was supposed to be our room was already occupied by other guests and the receptionist told us there must be a problem during the booking. Whoever faults it is must be accountable and never let this happen again. The staff are not so accommodating. We can hear the noise inside our room .. we have a lot of insect bites..

Doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Dirty and had mold. The sheets were dirty and old. Bad air conditioning and no hot water at all. We took our things and left

Nothing!!! Everything. The room was very dirty, smells rotten, dusty and aircon looked like it was not cleaned for years. The bed was a mix of dust and bed bugs. We did ask for a room transfer but they did not care at all. We decided to move out and no one was there to assist us

Location I guess I should read amenities better. A bar fridge. A kettle Would be great Air conditioner sounds like a train running through the room

Nothing Dirty, no wifi, no AC, and loud

The location is great at the heart of downtown El Nido. The place is due for a lot of maintenance, starting with lamps within the property, we also asked to make up / clean up the room on the 3rd day however even requesting nothing was done. The loud music is not their fault but it’s hard to impossible to sleep before the music stops at 4AM

Very noisy, club across the street goes until 4 a.m. everyday.

Property is good and staff were nice. No WiFi in the room as well as TV. Water is not continues, you need to let them know. So they can turn on the pressure water.

We tried to communicate with the guesthouse in advance about tour booking and transport but they did not reply. When we arrived, they brought us to a one-bed room, saying that the twin-bed room with ocean view we booked was not available!!! And we paid for that room already when the booking was made! I was very upset and said I will complain to booking.com. They should respect their guests - once guests paid for the room, it should be reserved for the guests and should not be sold to other guests even when they offered to pay a higher price. But we had no choice as all rooms were fully booked, and at very late evening after a long travel from Puerto Princesa we were too tired to go out and find another place to stay. The bedsheet was not clean, no towels in the room, the shower was too weak and most importantly, there was no hot water, so I went to sleep dirty. The next day they apologized that they missed our booking therefore allowed a guest to extend their stay in the room we booked, and that the guest would check out soon and they will move us to that room. After the tour we came back, the room for the 2nd night was exactly the room we booked, and although the shower was still weak, at least there was hot water. But then the 3rd day things got bad again: no hot water, and then at night the water stopped running, no water for flushing the toilet at all. We went down to the reception at 7am but did not find anybody for help, so we had to use the water tap on the ground floor in the public area. About the staff, although they are very economical in terms of smiling, most of them were friendly and helpful, we appreciated that. Regarding the location, the guesthouse is in the most busy street, in close distance to restaurants and bars, but the noise from music in bars is very loud all the night (starts in the evening and stops at around 4-5am in the morning), so if one wants a quiet place or have difficulties with sleep, then you should choose another place.

The room was smelling mold when we arrived. AC worked pretty well, so it helped. Theres only one outlet that can be used. Bathroom smells bad but the fan helps. After showering the switch shocks you. Wifi sometimes doesn't work. Good but oily breakfast.
