Massage therapy was excellent. Great location. Very small room for 3 persons (triple Ron) No refrigerator or coffee machine in the room.

Location, the staff, the breakfast, cleanliness and the room itself The big problem is the value for money aspect. We paid a large amount of money to get to this hotel because of 2 main things, the meals and the spa. In the spa the jacuzzi was lukewarm at best and we (and other guests) have complained about it and nothing was done and we also didn't get a response if anything was checked. The breakfast was good but the dinner was average. Also we didn't understand why we don't get free water at dinner that we pay for (we get water at breakfast...). It was a strange decision by the hotel to offer water only at breakfast. At the end of the day for the money we paid we didn't get the value from the things we wanted

The hotel is very closed to the Gondola. The breakfast is great, although there wasn’t a lot of diversity. The staff was very nice. The spa is well equipped and nice to spend time in The room was near the Gondola and we heard a noise from the lift every night. It wasn’t very loud, and I’m not sure you can hear it from all the rooms.

Hotel first impressions were very good, nice and clean. Good selection of food and well prepared. Close to shops and slopes. Hot tub , sauna and steam room are all clean and well maintained.

The staff at Hotel Sporting were so kind and genuinely present. It made my stay really peaceful and enjoyable. Their mindful service was a highlight. I'd happily return.
