Absolutely loved my stay here! It was comfortable, clean, the staff were so nice and helpful, and the food was delicious! The staff in the restaurant were my favorite, they were so welcoming every day! And the location… can’t beat it honestly. I will definitely be back!! Nothing bad to say at ALL! It was perfect

Stayed one night during a ski trip and everything was great. The hotel is very well located, close to the ski slopes and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around super easy. Comfortable stay and convenient location—would definitely come back. Nothing

Good rooms although on the small side. Relatively basic, but everything was ok. Food was good and staff was great. Bathroom was impossible to keep dry. Floor was weird and puddles of water got created and did not drain. We had to use a lot of towels to try to dry the floor constantly. No curtain on the shower.

Staff are incredibly polite knowledgeable and helpful. Good locker facilities for skis and access to the slopes. Rooms clean and comfortable. Buffett breakfast, hot items were not hot.

Clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Not the hotels fault but lots of noise from other guests in the early hours. Too expensive for a basic hotel.

Hotel is close to ski slopes, has a good breakfast, and a comfortable ski locker. The staff are incredibly nice and accomodating and speak several languages. Reception was open and available whenever we went to it. Rooms (and hotel in general) is getting a bit old, it is kept very clean but the age is showing a bit of signs. Also the room was incredibly hot, I imagine it would not bother most but we found the need to open the window sometimes to cool it, since unfortunately the heat was not controllable.
