Breakfast can be better with more variety

Location is really close to the slopes and just a short walk from the lockers provided. Rooms are modern, clean, and warm. Staff are all very nice especially the servers and kitchen staff. Breakfast and dinner was also very good. Not a lot really. Minor things like maybe providing smaller pillows. The hotel is probably the most expensive in Pas but you do get the great facilities. Streets can sometimes be loud but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Great stay, clean rooms everyday, good selection of food for breakfast.

Clean hotel. Comfort beds. Very close to the slopes! Although the hotel does have a locker room for ski equipment, it doesn't have any sort of heating for the equipment, which is quite disappointing. Also, the spa area is small and costs extra money *per hour*.

Amazing location, good Spa unlike other reviews, not too fancy but a Spa nonetheless. Great breakfasts, again, not too much choices but exactly what you need in a ski vacation. The staff was incredible, and we enjoyed the hotel very much. The only complaint is that the wifi is a bit weak in the hotel, and we had a lot of connectivity issues. Other then that, perfect.

Great location and an underground car park which was helpful. Everything you could need for a ski hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bit noisy on the side where the Irish bars are, but it is Pas De La Casa, so it does attract a young crowd. But nothing that some white noise wouldn't drown out. Overall, great stay.

Food, friendly service and drinks at the hotel were excellent. We also liked the hard matrasses, my husband has problems with his back but the beds were very comfortable (hard). We also appreciated the short distance to the lift. Pas de la casa is very noisy in the nights, if you need piece and quiet - ask for a room on the top floor or facing the back street. It is also smart to ask for a room away from the elevators/stairs since this can also be a bit loud in the night. If you arrive by car it is not certain you will get a parkingspace in the hotel garage, this was not a big issue since we kept asking every morning if something cleared. After a few days we got a spot.

Great location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff The spa is extra charge

The restaurant was good, food was well displayed and good selection, food was ok, warm but but not hot as I would like. Shower was good and hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaned good and sufficient toiletries and towels. Great location very close to the slopes, and a locker to put you ski's boots etc easily away. Room was small but ok, bathroom was tiny, had to close the door every time you went in to move around. No coat hangers in the room just closets. The room was also to hot for my comfort and couldn't regulate the heating. Would have good if they had transport to the bus meeting place carrying a heavy suitcase and bags was difficult.

Hotel staff were very nice and pleasant. The hotel is very close the ski lifts and the ticket office for Grandvalira. Good selection of products in the bathroom, gels, razors, tooth brush, etc. The hotel is very dated, old facilities - the single room was very small. The spa was just a jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room, it was expensive (entry is 8€) for what it was.
