Hotel Kandahar enjoys direct access to the ski slopes of Pas de la Casa, in the Andorran Pyrenees. It offers free Wi-Fi and a gourmet restaurant serving local dishes and international cuisine. All rooms at the Kandahar have heating and a private bathroom. There is a work desk and satellite TV. Rooms with private terraces and mountain views may be available on request, subject to a surcharge. Guests can buy ski passes or book skiing lessons at the Kandahar’s reception. From Monday to Friday, the hotel offers a different free activity every day. These include ski tours, a free aperitif on the slopes and a free Irish coffee in the bar. The Kandahar has a spa with sauna and Turkish baths. There is also a playground and games room. Free supervised children’s activities are offered from 18:00 until 20:00 on weekdays. Halfboard rates include dinner at the hotel's gourmet restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. They kindly stored our luggage and even provided a ski locker so we could head straight to the slopes while waiting for check‑in—such a thoughtful touch that made our day much easier. The hotel’s location is perfect for accessing the ski area, making it an ideal base for anyone planning time on the mountain. After a full day of skiing, we really appreciated the relaxing breakout space/lounge room - the bar tender was also friendly. The rooms seemed a little dated, and the bathroom was a bit tight. However, despite those minor issues, the overall experience was still very good.

Rooms were nice and clean. Location was great. Lounge was also nice. Overall great value for the price. The spa was a bit disappointing. The jacuzzi/pool temperature needs to be much higher, it was barely warm.

Location location. The accommodation has a spa but you have to book and pay extra for this. We had hope to go in the sauna after a day in the snow but this wasn’t possible but one of the reasons why we booked. We booked a room for two but were given a room that also had a bunk bed and no room to move around. It was initially a hassle to get the room we booked and they tried to get away with blaming it on the fact that we booked late. The room was comfortable but the bed was very small. Other than the little issue the staff was very friendly and helpful.
