The meals were plentiful and diverse. The New Year's celebration was really good! The hotel is located nearby the slopes (7-10 mins walk), but the area is relatively quiet. The room was really hot!! and there was no way to control the temperature.

The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom! Right in the town center. Price was very competitive, given that we booked the room on the day we checked in! The best thing was lady on reception, she helped us getting a taxi for the next day. As next day was a bank holiday in Andorra, it was really tough to get a taxi. She talked to multiple people (in front of us) and got us one reservation. Nothing, as we were there only for one night.

Location Room haven't any connection to the images on Booking.com The kitchen exhaust is located next to the window of the room. It was noisy and smelly all night.

We paid for a triple room ( 3 beds ) and got two. Reception staff were unhelpful & rude. Breakfast was great & cleaning staff lovely. Rooms look nice in photos but in reality its fake wood/plastic boards on wall.

The location is incredible! The value is off the charts Very loud at night. Lots of younger guest partying. Not a problem for us but if that sort of thing y bothers you… Breakfast was meh but the lunch buffet looked really nice.

Location was good. Breakfast was decent. Parking is easy in front or close in big facility. Room was not well isolated, next to very loud elevator. Everything in the hotel is very old. only 2 electric sockets in the room, and shower drain did not drain. No safe available in the room.
