- Plenty of room space - There is a balcony in the room; - Small Fridge in the room - Breakfast simple, but complete, with eggs, bread, yogurt, some fruits, natural orange juice, croissant, cheese and ham, etc - Customer service, fast response in everything we needed; - They help us with the parking, even putting coins when we weren't there. - They have just one blanket, too hot for spring. Maybe it's time to offer some sheets on the bed.

Warm welcome and constant help from Reception girl 1. Breakfast a bit insufficient : missing fried eggs/mushrooms/bins and orange juice instead of nectar 2. Cigarette/smoking smell when entering into the room

The staff is very accommodating and polite. The accomodation was really nice so cannot say much negative . Just the pillow a bit smaller for the neck

Central location, balcony & view of hills, kettle with tea bags most welcome, plenty of power points for charging phones etc. Well appointed bathroom. We were the only ones in the place so we felt a bit guilty that the staff had to prepare breakfast just for us Nothing

Maria and her team are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is at the heart of town and very accessible to the ski resort. The room given to us is very clean, cozy and has an amazing view of the Pyrenees. Nothing that I can fault the hotel. It’s great value!
