Very nice rooms, clean with all things you may need *shower cap, toothpaste, blowdryer*. Very nice people starting from the reception to the guys in the restaurant. Great food! Great location near the mountains!

The hotel is warm and close enough to the lifts and bus point. They have a decent restaurant on site. The rooms are nice if not a bit small. Very few rooms have bath tubs as advertised in the pictures, mainly showers. We were the first to check in that day and they would only give 1 of 3 of us a room with a tub. Staff are also hit or miss, especially in the restaurant. Some are very friendly, some are quite stand-offish

Good breakfast for the budget hotel. Orange juice machine is available. Location is excellent, many shops are next to the hotel. Hotel internet is ready bad from the room. Good internet is available from the bar area only.

Staff doing their best but it wasn’t much they could do. I appreciate do that we could check in late even though the reception was closed. The entire place smelled awful, old. I could barely sleep because of the smell and the window was open. Bad coffee for breakfast, bad eggs and weird looking ham. No variety in breakfast, no vegetables. Might be better in the ski season, we have been in the summer.

Hotel Panda is a great place to stay! its clean, breakfast in great, staff member are friendly, location is good, far form the party area so you can sleep at night. the wifi is not the best but it was fine for me and basic use.

Very clean and cosy Boot/Ski storage was the top floor and very small. Not fit for purpose. Breakfast could do with cooked options and no sound proofing for rooms

The food was some of the best I have had on my trip. Delicious. This hotel falsely advertises as "Non Smoking". The hotel smells terrible of mold. I had planned to ski, but hurt my knee and so was forced to stay overnight. The owner was very unkind, refusing to return the money for 4 days of room and board after I checked out after only one because of nasty sromas. ¡DISGRACIAS! Absolutely taking advantage of people by utilizing "no cancelation policies!" The chef, Ben, should move on to a better property. This place smells disgusting, especially when I took a shower and the walls became humid. Save your money, unless you are a chain smoker.

Great location, delicious food and excellent staff, especially Carla, who is amazing and so personable. Thank you, Carla, it was lovely to meet you. This is our second visit and we look forward to our third. Thank you. Nothing not to like. A tiny thing is that the remote control probably needs new batteries.
