That it was dog friendly Very hard to find, Maps took you two a whole different location. People around were not familiar with the name. There’s no signs indicating the location and the hotel does not have a sign with its name. Beds are not comfortable, to shower the water was closed. The cleaning lady didn’t have the keys available had to go look for her to be able to get the keys for our room. Cancellations are non refundable. Had selected 4 rooms and then removed one room and was still charged for 4 rooms. Tried to contact customer services with no response also tried calling serval times with no answer. It would be nice if they would respond to there messages. Likely we only stayed one night. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The value of the place is not worth it. The door which is made of mostly of glass didn’t had curtains and it was the main door. Which anyone could see inside.

Quiet, pleasing, nice pool The Sofa bed was hard There were no linens, had to ask fir them and dud not provide an extra pillow. The bathroom not clean/sanitized ( We found trash and hair in the shower) , the property is beautiful but appeared in disrepair: peeling paint on the walls, and outside structures. .At 156.00 per night was not a value.

This property doesn’t have many reviews but it needs the review. I’ve never been to Mexico alone without my family taking me around. This location was exactly where is said it was. The hotel room was extremely cute and comfortable for my husband and I. It was clean and homey! It had a mini kitchen, mini living room, bathroom and bedroom. Cherry on top was the little private patio outside. You definitely had the privacy. I would definitely go again and recommend for others to stay. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Nice, Clean, quiet. The directions were a little all over the place, but we found it. No signs either, so we weren’t sure that we were at the right place.

The place is clean Ther is no night table, no lamp, no hangers for clothes. No chair to place the bags. The shower did not have hot water, it was warm almost cold.

the property was not how it looks in photos. We got there they were still painting the walls cleaning the windows. Walls were wet. Don’t recommend staying there. And the location is very bad. Pool had no water.

No plugs by bed. No TV or wifi. The floor was not swept and had broken grout everywhere. Needs repair.

A funky odor would linger in the room and it was embedded into my clothes as well.

For the value, you can’t beat it. If you want super nice, you gotta stay somewhere else, but if you want all the basics, it’s perfect

We stayed for one night only, but was comfortable, clean, we use the pool, was great because we went during summer. They have an area for gatherings, planning to come back to do a nice party!

The staff was so nice It doesn’t have tv in the bedroom and I doesn’t have power connection next to the bed to charge our phones

New room with kitchenette was nice and clean. Mostly quiet and they were dog friendly. The air conditioning, wi-fi, and little refrigerator worked well. It has a lot of potential but still needs some work to be comfortable. Simple things like a bedside table with a lamp and an outlet to plug in your phone, by the bed AND by the couch, would help a lot. I hit my shin multiple times on the bed frame. There are very few outlets. It would also help a lot to have an office with a reception desk and someone available to help. When I showed up it was deserted and there was just a man with a key. No check-in process. It was especially confusing with the language barrier.

We had hot water at night but no hot water in the morning showers. The hot water was turned off. Maintenance guy fix it a little too late. But still not bad.
