Loved it. The property is beautiful and serene. The views are very nice and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I would like differently is a bathroom near the pool. You had to go back to your room or the nice lobby in your wet clothes and that felt a bit odd.
-
Bar at the pool, restaurant a bit far from rooms.
-
Staff made us pay quite a bit more because we had friends staying in the room.
-
Everything. From the minute we checked in to the day we check out. Nothing at all.
-
The hotel is so beautiful, and the rooms are cleverly organized into houses that overlook the ponds. The staff at the hotel, restaurant and winery were fantastic. Can’t recommend the food and wine enough.

We had great time at the resort, staff was very welcoming, Lesly was super helpful and knowledgeable, every taxi/shuttle driver was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at El Cielo and would come back again.

Staff was extremely friendly, the room was great and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean. I wished the bed and pillows where a little bit softer.

The location, views, staff, service, rooms (huge). Nothing.
-
very high end place, food was excellent the water wasn't hot in the morning, took a shower at night with no problem..

The lighting in the bathroom wasn't very good. It was hard to do my makeup because of the lighting. Other than that everything was good.

The grounds are beautiful. The room was perfect with a balcony and sitting area. Location is right in the middle of the other wineries. The staff were always available to help if we needed anything. The room has a mini Nespresso. It was perfect for morning coffee on the balcony. We didn't try any of their restaurants. We weren't really aware they had any on location until the last day. I wish they had said something at checkin. Especially since their website isn't very informative. They hard charged our "deposit". I had to dispute with my credit card company. The sofabed mattress is super thin They definitely need to replace those.

Everything is far apart on the property. The lobby, pool and restaurants you have to drive to in your own car or ask for a shuttle to come pick you up, but not a bad thing. Just something to note for someone who hasn't been before.

The room was nice, clean, pretty large, and the bed was comfy. The view from the balcony was also nice. Difficult to get a hold of the office using the number. Took a long time to check-in. Getting in and out of the gate was challenging at times if driving your car. Roads werent paved. Pool was marginal and kind of dirty. Wasnt really on the winery more like a separate section away from the winery 600 km down the way. The gym was like in a shed or something. Certainly, nowhere near the price point that was charged, I have stayed at much nicer places for a fraction of the cost.

The pictures don't do this property justice! The rooms are spacious and the grounds are stunning. We fell asleep to the frogs chirping and woke up to birds singing. You go through two security gates to enter the property and are greeted with water and a glass of wine. The staff is super friendly. I enjoyed walking around the property, the fire pits and the proximity to their winery. They have a great spot for breakfast on the grounds. Unlike other wineries, this one is inside. You think you are in Italy. I learned so much on that individualized tour. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Valley and can't wait to come back! Not a thing!
