Clean place , all is good

The van doing the trip to the airport did not come in time, I had to take a taxi to make sure I did not miss the flight.

Location and shuttle service. poor air conditioning and lighting

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. The shower was poorly designed and leaked a lot of water onto the restroom floor. Plenty of towels were needed to keep the area reasonably dry.

Great airport hotel. Free shuttle was convenient. Restaurants were good. Quite a long shuttle ride from the airport, but Barcelona airport is quite large.

Great location and the airport shuttle service is great. Modern hotel with all the facilities you need. Bar staff were quite rude and didn't seem interested in helping guests

Hotel close to the airport, very quiet. The staff is welcoming and professional. The restaurant jas few dishes in the evening, but of good quality, and the terasse is nice. Breakfast is gorgious. There is a direct bus to catalogna square , the bus stop is 10mn by foot.

Rooms are clean. Welcoming reception. Location is good for quick stop and away of the city They don’t provide tissues and don’t I don’t know why neither slippers. The way they asked us to leave was not good at all by housekeeping supervisor.

There is nothing to do around the hotel

The breakfast was excellent. The bar and pool was great. The grounds were not kept up and the hotel shuttle guy was rude. He didn't help load bags, didn't announce what airlines he was dropping us off at and was not helpful at all! The rooms were decent but having blinds on a window from the bathroom to the bedroom was weird. The blinds could be open from outside the bathroom. Far from everything even the airport.

Clean, efficient staff. Easy transportation to airport.

They do not allow customers to use their shuttle bus with sports equipment such as bikes, skis, golf clubs, etc. if we had known that we would have booked a different hotel.

It’s super convenient if you have an early flight The check in staff who refused to give me her name was awful. She was rude and dismissive for no real reason except that I made a booking error and forgot to add the kids to the two rooms I had booked - she suggested I had done so to cheat the bill (which made no sense since I was happy to pay the extra charge). When I told her that her approach was less than ideal, she told me I was welcome to leave the hotel and find someplace else to stay. Unnecessary and unprofessional. In addition, the facilities in our room were sub par - the entire light fixture came out of the way. Oh and there was a man passed out just outside our door for the night.

Location Shuttle at airport was a long wait

We’re starting in this hotel only for one night before our flight .Very inviting atmosphere, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Reception was incredible and staff nice and friendly! N/A

It was brand new clean and modern The bed was hard

Convenient Extremely loud through the room door to the corridor. Doors need better sound rating and proper seal for sound transmission. Sounded like the people in the corridor were in my room. Terrible acoustic rating on entry door to the room.
