Property location within the airport is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Location Staff Dried piss dirty from previous guest down front of toilet. Room 118 We were speaking English when we walked in. When they came in to take the extra bed out of the tiny room. The employee was trash talking about us in Spanish. We speak Spanish. It was a shit show.

There is a security access to the airport right in front of the Hotel, which makes it very easy and convenient. The entire building structure moves when a car o bus goes by on top of it. When you’re sleeping you don’t know what’s happening or if it’s safe to be there or not.

No bathroom door, no streaming services available on the TV.

Location is the only reason we booked this hotel. Directly located in international terminal 1 of airport The cost is so expensive for basic room that you get. Completely overpriced.

Very conveniently located at the airport

It was very easy to get to from departures. The accomodations exceeded my expectations: breakfast was nice and warm, there was cold water in the fridge, and room slippers. The junior suite was HUGE!

The only thing I would change is having a door and some shelves in the shower. The shower was the only slightly awkward thing about the room.

The price. Too expensive.

Service from Staff of the Hotel with information, directions etc. Having the hotel onsite at the airport. Directions to the hotel once inside the airport terminal. Television did not allow multilanguage options/subtitles.

Location Front Desk Staff

Clean, tidy, quiet. Ok breakfast. Some staff ok, other not. Nice lounge to wait in instead of in terminal departures where there are hardly any seats until u reach departure gates. Location exceptionally difficult to find. It is poorly signed and tucked in a corner of terminal 1 at end farthest from United airlines. Front desk guy on 5/23 was not so welcoming.

Good, modern facilities & decent breakfast from 4:30 AM. The room was clean, modern, and large. Shower was good, and bathroom amenity & water bottles & kettles & coffee machines available. I did not have to open my suitcase. The environment was relaxing, staffs were competent, and I appreciated decent cold breakfast - with hams, melons, croissants, yogurts etc - at 4:30 AM. Wifi was smooth, and air conditioner was good. Other than the cost, I dont have much to complain about this hotel. Really expensive. Unlike other European airports, this is effectively an only option with direct access to the Barcelona airport. I felt like they charge monopoly price; they can be more expensive than charming hotels in historic city center locations. I had early morning flight so I had no choice, but otherwise I hesitate to stay here cost-wise. shower and bathroom does not have a door.
