Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles LAX El Segundo

It was conveniently located near the airport and other destinations I had to visit. The lamps by the bed did not work nor did the outlets and a few of the other outlets in the room did not work. It was also old and not that clean. Bed was as hard as a brick.

Place was dirty and horrible we checked out 30 minute of checking in. The staff however were nice!!

We've experienced 4 days without "hot water" we've informed the staff several times and even spoke to maintenance. According to maintenance is was a boiler issue.

The property was fine. There was a case Booking.com Booking.com rule the experience because they didn’t wanna pay or couldn’t not pay. I didn’t understand how to pay was already been paid for. I didn’t get into my room till 2:30 in the morning and so I arrived at the property around 9:30 in the evening. Property was fine

Bad night, AC was not working and a heat wave in LA...

It was surprisingly clean. New mattress. Ms. k the front desk lady went above and beyond for me. The pics are somewhat misleading. Room had a bit of a smoke smell even though it was a smoke free room. Parking was a hassle at nights, had to park far from the room. Toilet had a leak.

Nothing Everything the staff was so disgusting and irrespectful not recommended alone, they told me to leave before my stay finishes

The toilet wasn't flushing, windows covered were broken no privacy. No shampoo or conditioner if you need it you need to pay Xtra. The so call breakfast is not available. You do get a mediocre coffee and a really tiny muffin. Shower would hold the water . Do notcstay b in this place.

Rooms weren’t thoroughly clean. Staff was moderately helpful but friendly. Short term overnight stay is okay but not comfortable more than a day.
