After I explained this, the staff checked and confirmed that the AC was indeed not working. She brought us a fan and said she would try to find another room, but there was no follow-up at all. When I called again for an update, she was dismissive and rude, saying she didn’t know how long it would take and that she wasn’t the one who checked us in, as if our issue was not her problem. Her response was completely unhelpful and made the front desk experience even worse. When I expressed my frustration, she simply told me I had the option to check out and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but no one answered. There was no apology at any point. We paid almost $200 for just a few hours of rest before heading to the airport, but instead, we were left in an uncomfortable room with no proper accommodation and poor customer service. When I checked out in the morning, the staff member was no longer there. I was told her name might be Martha—the person who answered my call around midnight on 06/28/26. Overall, this was a terrible experience marked by a broken AC, rude and dismissive service, and no real effort to resolve the problem, which made our short overnight stay miserable and left us exhauste

Initially our first room was a little smelly and wear and tear in the bathroom.. we requested another room which was much much better. The price was a little more expensive because of World Cup, but I had no other option around that area. It was satisfactory, not horrible.

Everything about this place was good. Staff was friendly, room was clean, kitchen was perfect and there was sufficient parking. Centrally located.

When you travel half way around the world only to reside next door/above and below what can only be described as less desirable folk is disappointing (didn't see this in the brochure) 😩

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No TV remote in room, went to front desk and received one but did not work. No shampoo in shower. No hair dryer in room. Would only stay there if much cheaper than any other nearby location. Front desk receptionist was very pleasant. No shampoo in shower, no hair dryer, tv remote did not work.

Don’t offer an airport shuttle bus, which is difficult travelling with kids (taxis don’t have car seats). Rooms match budget price, but are okay enough. It was just things didn’t feel clean, eg we found other people’s hair on the towels.

One room smells cigarettes Second room smells mold or something gross 3rd room wasn't cleaned at all. Dirty bedsheets etc.. on the floor. Logan was apologetic and got my niece a decent room.

From staff to room , all bad experiences. I beg people not to take this hotel. $163 per room is not worthed. I will not pay $50 for this room. No shampoo or conditioner provided just a small handsoap. It took one hour to find our reservation at 11pm. This hotel should not be in business.
