Hyatt House LAX/ Manhattan Beach

The pictures and online doesn’t match there is no bar no food no room service very disappointing and disleading !

Nice location with restaurants and airport nearby.

The room with two bedrooms is quite large. It is quiet around the hotel. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A nice place to stay.

The staff, UilaAdi, Kale and Jose, were friendly and patient. UilaAdi and Kale explained everything in a great detail and showed us where our room was. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable for 5 of us. The cleaning lady did a good job cleaning. The property is well maintained and in a convenient location. We truly enjoyed our stay.

2. did not give us enough toilet paper as we only stayed one night. 3. I like the fact they will take your dishes after breakfast as I have problem walking. 4. really enjoyed the strong water pressure to take a shower as some places are just not good for showers.

Loved the location, enjoyed how comfortable everything was at the facilities. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Really wished they had an elevator.

Front desk staff was very helpful and rooms were clean.

The hotel was anything and everything you can ask for. I wish I can say the same about the breakfast provided. Overall I will stay again just skip the breakfast.

Good everything was okay not too bad

Daily breakfast was lovely. Pool was good. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location was great. Would just suggest to those with mobility concerns ask for a ground floor unit as there are no lifts. Would have been good to have someone help with the luggage.

Exceptional

The location was great for us. The sheets on one of the beds were extremely damp and it was impossible to sleep. When this was brought up with the cleaners they changed the sheets which continued to be damp. House keeping had to be informed again and eventually they were able to find some sheets that were not as damp. The room was also extremely humid.

The hotel is nestled in the back it’s quiet and convenient with shops & restaurants in walking distance. Definitely booking for next years vacation 🛬

Very happy with our room. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a larger room on the ground floor. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Great location. It didn’t affect us as we were ground floor but there are no elevators at this property.
