I appreciated the ease in which I could add another nights stay by making another reservation. I was able to stay in the same room and the transaction was seamless.

Great location. Costco, McDonalds, and Carl's Jr right in front of the hotel. Minutes away from CVS and many shopping centers if you have car. Hotel offers shuttle services to Manhattan Beach about 15 minutes away. Staff very friendly and hotel is very bougie. I will definitely stay again, reasonable price and comfortable stay.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Hotel overall in need of a refresh. The walls are thin and the beds are really soft and unsupportive. Staff left a lot to be desired. Not only did they not recognize my food/bev credit and did not give me a room upgrade. They put me in a lower room type than what I booked. The rooms have a view of either Costco or the freeway.

Well maintained hotel with Italian decor and character. Location is convenient and not too noisy given its right off the freeway. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Lots of attention to decor, very clean, lovely outdoor area. We didn’t eat at bar/restaurant but loved having the option.

Beautiful hotel with a deep history and architecture. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every moment we spent. It’s a gem… will be back again.

The room is very well maintained with the sheets and towels replaced daily. The only thing missing is an exhaust vent in the bathroom in Room 315. This makes the bathroom steamy after you shower, and "it" lingers (if you know what I mean) after you do your business. The location is close to everything i.e. grocery (Costco across the street), restaurants, sporting goods and fast foods are just walking distance from the hotel. A few minutes from Redondo beach and Manhattan beach if you are a beach lover. The hotel complex has a hint of Mediterranean atmosphere. Overall, it has been a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay!

We got to the hotel approximately at 10 P.M. and the keys were not properly program. The room is worn out. The Air Conditioning was off at the time we got there. The appearance in the room is poor and really worn out. The carpet are. Dirty and smelling. I don’t suggest you try this hotel.

Quite a bit of food options in the surrounding blocks with BKK Street Thai eatery being our top recommendation for lunch and dinner!

Exceptional

I liked everything about the hotel. The only thing that was an issue for me is the fact that I was never told that I had to pay $22 dollars a day to park my car on their lot....I could see if I was not staying at the hotel, then I could see someone paying to park their car on the lot. But when you have to pay over $400 for 2 nights, I think it is a rip off.........this should have been told to me when he asked what kind of car I had......not a fan of telling anyone to stay there.... I told what I didn't like in the first half..
