Free breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Pool area was very well maintained.. The room we had was very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I loved my stay! Everything was wonderful, from the cleanliness and great location to the delicious breakfast. Gabriela and the kitchen team were very helpful and welcoming, as were the front desk staff. I especially enjoyed the strawberry-infused water and the pickle water—such a unique touch! Everything was conveniently located near the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, and I would love to come back again.

Roxas was great along with the other staff!! Great breakfast and wonderful rooms!! Would definitely stay here again!!! 😄

The pool was out of service, the room remote didn’t work, and the dishwasher looked outdated and didn’t work properly. I didn’t get accommodated with free parking which was 25$ a night and Some members points. Wouldn’t visit AGAIN

I let him know that my wallet had been stolen, but I had a photo of my ID, my week long stay had been pre-paid, and my employers card should be on file. He rolled his eyes and told me that he would still need to place a hold for $300 on "someone's credit card" and suggested that I call my employer, who was closed for the weekend. I offered cash and he stated that they were a cash free facility and would not allow me to check in. I spent nearly an hour standing in front of the desk with my luggage, trying to contact someone to satisy this "manager." I ended up leaving and, luckily, was able to have a local contact provide the card necessary to check in. The "manager" was dismissive and not helpful at any point. I will say that the room and accomodations were clean and well maintained. I enjoyed finally getting to take a shower after long travel and the unpleasant interaction. My employer got back to me in the evening and changed my accomodations for the week. I was happy to leave.

Loved it. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Good selection and a great way to fuel up for a day of wandering the coast. Just note that the breakfast ends at 9am. Caught us off guard a bit as someplaces go later than that. Went to both an Angels and Dodgers game and the location was perfectly placed between them. Also close to the beaches and LAX.

The place was okay for most part with free breakfast, a gym and pool. Knock off ratings because 1) found a couple ants in the kitchen even though we were on third place, 2) the curtains were damaged but visibly hastily and sloppily, 3) things were mismatched, one taller chair than the other one 4) couch was not comfortable.

The rooms need a bit more maintenance. The carpets were stained, the shower curtain was torn, and the area around the bathroom sink around the faucet was worn and with something black like mildew. And also the room had a unpleasant smell.

Endroit très propre et calme. Très bel emplacement aussi, nous avons apprécié le déjeuner inclus et avons adoré notre séjour.

Drove from Washington to California after a long trip we arrived to the hotel only to find out by the front desk at the hotel that expedia had cancelled our reservation and unfortunately the hotel had no more rooms available. We called expedia immediately to asked why they had canceld our reservation & expedia said they never cancelled our reservation. On their end it still showed booked. Expedia called the hotel to ask and the hotel stated that they had emailed us with a problem of our credit card. Keep in mind we had no reception on great part of the road a 17 hour drive. When I looked at my emails we had received an email past 1 pm telling us to contact the hotel. We arrived between 6pm-7pm. The hotel took it upon themselves to canceled this reservation, never contacted Expedia about it or tried to call us even though we have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past. Expedia then wanted us to cancel the reservation because it still showed booked on their end and the hotel did nothing to accommodate our party. Thankfully through expedia I booked at another Hotel who welcomed us with such professionalism, kindness, friendliness, and made us feel right at home. Staff was great and our stay was excellent. Maybe at the end it worked better out for us, But we were extremely disappointed of Residence Inn. Definitely not a way to go for long time customers. Front desk made no effort to try and help us and left us without a room.
