Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Redondo Beach

The rooms were clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the gym. Our girls enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball court. Everything was pleasant!

Well, sigh, the sheets had stains, seemed like ink (maybe). I called to have them changed but only received a busy signal from the front desk. When I tried to use the iron it left a mark on my clothes. I noticed it had gunk and burns on the surface. Overall, the place is getting run down. I stay for the parking and convenience when visiting friends in town.

Cleanliness and the food is great The beds were horribly uncomfortable

The only things that I didn't like was there was a spider on the living room pillow and the night stand in the room was dirty with some kind of white stuff on it

The property was nice, the food And staff were nice. My kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court. The location is convenient. What we didn't like is that there was a "birthday party" reservation. In the weekend. Same group 2 different birthday names and they took over the pool area and the grill are with all the tables. They allowed people from outside to their reservation, the grill area and the pools were soon filled with guests and they were loud. It was 11:20 pm and they still had loud music in their rooms. We couldn't rest on our last night before a long drive the next morning. Maybe one family had a room reservation but like 39 guests arrived for a "reservation that took over from as early as breakfast started and it ended after midnight. That ruined our last couple of days but other than that. A very nice place to stay specially if you have kids

The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well appointed. The amenities were excellent.

Amazing room, so big with everything we would need. Breakfast was great and the staff in charge of breakfast were also great and made sure everything was clean and tidy. Couldn’t ask for more!

We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff are so friendly and front desk is really helpful. Thank the black guy who works at night when I checked in. He did a great job. I wish I knew his name.

Everything was amazing

Located in a good area with access to freeway and other amenities. Breakfast wasn’t the best and maintenance kept coming to our room because of a leak that happened on the room below us.

Good stay, friendly staff. Only negative was a broken elevator which resulted in long lines to get to our room and lobby. Breakfast was nice for it being complimentary

I went to the front desk to request the missing linens, but I was initially told they didn't have any available and simply received a "sorry." I explained that I had specifically reserved a room for four people and that the sofa bed couldn't be used without the proper bedding. After asking again, the gentleman working at the front desk was able to find one blanket and one flat sheet. However, there were still no pillows and no fitted sheet provided. I was extremely disappointed that a room advertised and reserved to accommodate four guests was not properly stocked or prepared for all four occupants.

Friendly staff, very clean facilities, continental breakfast had many choices. there was an issue with billing. I’m still unsure if it’s a Booking.com issue or the property mistake.
