We arrived and were given a room, we walk in and it smells like weed right away. I go to the front desk and let them know and they were very helpful right away. They gave me a new room, and went to air out the other room immediately. The next room they gave us had an overwhelming smell of body odor. Again, the receptionist was very helpful, understanding, and kind. She gave us our third room with a free upgrade. It smelled great in there! The only problem was how stiff the bed was. Both my husband and I had never slept on a more uncomfortable bed but we did not want to be a bother for a 4th time. We went to the front desk and asked for a second comforter hoping it would serve as a decent mattress topper, it did not. We asked for a 1pm checkout and after all the inconvenience they still charged us. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but there were a lot of inconveniences. We will not be staying there again.

The hotel was booked through a third party bookings .com. Verbally spoke with a representative at bookings.com got quotes on other hotels, which ended up we chose this hotel. Requested a king size bed, pet friendly. Upon our arrival did not receive the room type as the confirmation stated and was charged $25.00 per night for our pet, AFTER I VERBALLY WAS CONFIRMED BY BOOKINGS.Com NO PET FEE. Room rate fee was higher at the hotel than what I was quoted. Pet fee of $50.00 will be disputed. The continental breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Powered eggs, hard bagels, Folgers coffee??!! Disgusting!! This hotel is on the list to never, ever visit again in Indiana. I also would Like to point out your front desk staff unfriendly.

Use the laundry machine on the 3rd floor, very convenient. Had to run the dryer twice though, 70 mins not enough for a full load.

It was close to our destination. Lighting in the rooms was awful. The room was just okay. Noise all evening from the hall.

The bed was very hard. There was no curtains or sunshade on the window, only sheers.light bulbs were burnt out. Breakfast was lacking.

Not a very clean place. Shower was dirty and there was the smell of urine in the room. The blind was also tattered, and the shower curtain was on a curved rail that allowed water to go outside the shower. Would not recommend
