Staybridge Suites Elkhart North by IHG

We always stay here. I refuse to stay anywhere else. They are the best. I am coming back Labor Day weekend, I already have my reservations. Then in October. Couldn’t ask for a better place to lay my head.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

On some evenings they seem to have free food as part of a social hour, to encourage travelers to meet each other. I like this idea. Too bad we weren't there on one of those nights. On the down side: There was a little mold along the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was very clean. and in good condition. Also, there was some confusion about the breakfast. We were told breakfast was until 10. Other people were told the same. But on weekdays it ends at 9:30. So the staff was already cleaning up at 9:40. The staff was really nice and told us to enjoy what was left. They didn't want to take away stuff that was still there, but much was already gone. In spite of these issues, we plan to try StayBridge in the future. It seems like a good chain, and the problems aren't likely to be regular issues.

I checked into the facility and was met with the most rudest staff member possible. I was with a group of family members and her first question was “are you all staying in one room”. Even thought we weren’t why was that the first question asked. She checked me in but I had informed her due to bad experiences at other hotels I preferred to be on the top floor. She stated there were no other rooms available. Immediately as I step off the elevator I heard running in the hallway from the floor above. I immediately get back on the elevator and go back to the front desk. She gives me a room one floor above the previous floor. I put my bags in a family members room and left. I returned to the hotel shortly after midnight. I use the key she gave me only to realize that the room was occupied but other guests. I go back to the front desk and there’s a different clerk there and he gives me another room key. Very bad experience from beginning to end. She didn’t mention breakfast hours, where I could take the elevator, or even parking rules. Terrible experience. Will not visit property again! I did speak with a lady at checkout days later who was very nice and stated she would let the manager know and he would call me. Unacceptable!!

Amazing stay. Very clean and close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again.

It was ok for the price. The property needs attention. Weird cracked in the bathroom shower

I was really hoping to get to use the pool. However it was broke. The social hour was fabulous. Also no ice machine and our ice maker in our fridge did not work. I would really consider rearranging the room so there is room to get by the bed.

This was a quality motel. Lots of amenities, clean and comfortable.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is serving to provide the best hotel experience and services for guests. Highly recommend! Property is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Thank you for wonderful service.

I would not stay here again.

Pool not in operation. Wastebasket full under sink. (Bed and kitchen was fine). worn chairs and sofa. Ripped carpet. Smelled like someone was just in room cooking. Waffle maker not working, other choices excellent. Plugs near bed/beds only on one side.

We went there, because fourth of July was gonna be stormed out, needed something fun for my kiddo. They have a good pool based on reviews. POOL WAS CLOSED. Stayed there for nothing.

Pool was closed we live local and I canceled the reservation when I arrived and was told that the pool was closed im waiting to find out of my money will be refunded
