There was mold in the shower and the water handle looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The first room they put me in had no door stop and the dead bolt did not work. The staff were friendly

The staff was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It was the best!

Very clean, well kept, and breakfast was well stocked and warm. Always love the waffles of course! My only negative was staff was not present a lot at the front desk.

The rooms were great and the breakfast and fitness room were both very nice. The pool and hot tub were great also and very conveniently located by our room on the first floor.

Was a nice stay. Was happy there was no upcharge at the hotel for having a dog with us.

We did not even get clean towels nor was our room cleaned. A cleaning lady came by in the morning and asked if we needed anything and I told her yes, we would like our room cleaned and fresh towels she asked when we would be out of the room I told her 20 minutes. When we returned that evening our room was not cleaned nor did we have clean towels:) Our room was not vmcleaned nor was our room cleaned.

I liked the hooks for hanging clothes above where I set my suitcase. That helped keep all my clothes in one place so I didn’t forget anything. I prefer walk in showers.
