The jetted tub was huge. The room was unfinished (missing half of the trim around the room).

A much better stay this time. Cleaner, more helpful, breakfast was better too

The staff was very rude. We checked out after three nights. And i have been trying to call the front desk several times per day with no answer. They sure do not know how to efficiently run a business or polite respectful I was appalled and the room & bed smelled musty and like urine mildew. I didn’t even wanna have my child there. t and the bed smelled like musty urine and the guy was very rude to me and he barely spoke English. I chose this hotel and expedia mainly because of the pool & hottub and and the second day we were there not even 24 hours they had a maintenance sign up all day stating the pool was closed for maintenance. Whenwe asked front desk employee about it that night and they said oops we forgot to take the sign down & the pool was actually opened. I had to leave my vehicle in parking lot with all of my family’s belongings in it bc i do not have license and we live far from there. When I returned with the driver, the hotel had had it towed and I still have not been able to find out where my car was impounded. now I’ve lost a vehicle & I lost four nights in the hotel and the three nights I spent were disgusting and bad customer service so I will not be going to that hotel again and i believeit is only right to atleast reimburse my cost for the days i was already checked out. I will not be returning to that hotel and am highly dissatisfied

Workers in the hotel is very very good and very nice Pool needs cleaning and spa is broken it has warm water but no bubbles and it’s super dirty like pool
-
Breakfast, some stickers on jacuzzi would help traction
-
The buffet was great however wasn’t enough and wasn’t refilled and no one was wiping spills up or cleaning tables clean. Staff was real nice
-
I paid for my room then got there and had to pay a 50 dollar security deposit which I still haven't gotten back. So all in all n my room was 120 for one night
-
Place was ok for a last minute booking. Descent price great staff

I was given another room, and it was only slightly better. Still a dirty controller, dirty walls and floors, and molded shower. I grew up in Elkhart, but felt so unsafe and dirty in this room that I left 3 hours after check in. No portion of my 2 night stay was refunded or compensated, even though I didn’t even stay the first night. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Horrible experience, do not recommend. I’m unsure how the ratings are not all horrible!

Ok stay for the price, could really use some cleaning/updating, breakfast was ok, they do have a gym and pool and spa that was functioning while we were there.
-
How close everything was. To much for a night
-
How fast my family and I decided to leave. Moldy and corroded pool area. Bed bugs under the sheets. Used bar soap in the shower and a manicure set above the hangers. Elevator was creaky and jarring. The place should be condemned.

The room was fine but they were cleaning at night. The pool wasn't open tell 7pm when it closes at 10pm the breakfast was ok. Front desk i only seen someone there when I checked in and that was about 430 pm. No one in the morning.

I got the room for the pool but the pool was just so dirty and didn’t work most of the time I was there

Specifically booked for a pool and hot tub. Why are these properties allowed to have false amenities listed? There is a nice new hotel right behind this one that is similarly priced, go there. The breakfast was basically nothing. I predict this place will be closed in the next few months, or only open for the locals who stay by the week.
