I had a problem with filters not being clean . They didn’t show up so I cleaned them . They were very sorry had sent guy to wrong room . Apologizes were given several times . The staff was very apologetic and tried to help . Someone just gave wrong room number . They said they wouldn’t charge me for the towel. I dirty cleaning the filter. which I was very thankful. they did check on me several times which I appreciated.. I would stay there again hoping next time the cleaning scents when you first walk in the building will be better. Filter dirty, did Not use Eco friendly cleaning supplies - I’m allergic to alcohol , chemical sents in cleaning supplies . No healthy Food options - only eat clean ingredients & organic .

The property staff were awesome. Room was nice. The beds mattress were a little hard. The coffee in room needs creamer pods not that powder. Also Breakfast should be included in total price as other chains often are.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities for you when you forget yours. Nothing that was a big deal, but the coffee maker in our room was missing a piece so no coffee. Advertised onsite bar, but was not open on a Friday night.

All staff was friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our room and had it ready for us by 1:30. I forgot my wedding ring and they reached out promptly and placed it in their safe until I could get back there. Lobby area was spacious for our large softball group/families and the outdoor sitting areas were a great place to sit and relax after a long day. Rooms were clean and large and bed were comfortable. Wish WiFi was more easily accessible.

Clean hotel. Comfy bed, average pillows. In room amenities could be better. Coffee wasn’t replaced but they promptly brought more when asked. Some bathroom amenities weren’t replaced the entire six days (face wipes). Room service is a very limited menu only from 5-9pm but great portions and tasty. Staff was very friendly - one gal was always quite short with me but I think it was because they were understaffed. Once I realised that I made sure to let her know I appreciated her efforts and she warmed up. Close to a decent restaurant. They could do a better job at stocking the after hours alcohol - couldn’t buy a wine from the 24 hour wine store 5/6 nights. Don’t think I’d stay again due to amenities but it wasn’t bad at all.
