average food. Location was good the floors inside the room doors were VERY SLIPPERY!!!!! You need a better exhaust fan in the bathroom, and EVERY bathroom should have a plunger. The hotel clerk (Tim) had to call other hotels to get a plunger for one of our rooms. That's ridiculous!

I would have given them 5 stars if the breakfast choices were different. It was probably that we just would like to have had biscuits and gravy instead of yogurt. I wish there was a way to be able to melt the cold hard butter on the waffle. Sorry, otherwise it was great.

It was ok. Clean enough for the visit. Room was quiet. TV worked well. Water pressure was good. Bring your own coffee, the hotel coffee is as weak at water. The pool is the main reason I booked here. The front desk clerk stated the pool would be repaired by the next morning. It was not. Paid full room rate. No pool the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was plentiful and better variety than most

It was clean and spacious. When we got in the systems were down, obviously not anyone’s fault but we were sent to 2 different rooms with people in them. We were then told they didn’t have the right size room for us when I booked this months ago. But after some hassle they somehow found a room for us with the correct number of beds. Staff were exasperated as is expected however so were we especially when we were walking in on people in their rooms. Staff continually telling us if we were unhappy then to go somewhere else is wildly unprofessional, as I said I booked this months ago and we had been on the road for 12 hours and were traveling with a pet so just “going somewhere else” at 9pm wasn’t really an option.

Clean Pool was closed and the company billing site was crashed!

This is always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, great breakfast and close to anything you might need.

Staff was super helpful as we had a last minute cancellation for an event we were traveling for. Very accommodating and pleasant to chat with on the phone.

Everything was amazing!

Wonderful hotel! Staff was friendly and professional, especially Adrian who hooked us up with extra towels with a smile! The staff was visibly cleaning during our stay. The breakfast staff were great, very nice about helping us wayfind to everything we needed. Speaking of breakfast, the variety and deliciousness was remarkable, best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve had. And the soft close at 9 was much appreciated!! Our room was comfy, clean and well appointed. Will stay at this hotel again next time we pass through! Highly recommend. PS I LOVE that Hilton allows pets!!!!!

Only improvement suggestion — go back to regular sized pillows on king beds. The big pillows are too flimsy.

Staff was great and were very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Thus is the second time we have used Home 2 Suites and we cannot rave about them enough. Good staff, excellent rooms. Would not to hesitate to use them again.

It was clean no problems but they didn’t have housekeeping which sucked.

Loved our room. It was spacious and most important; it was very clean. The staff was very nice.
