Days Inn by Wyndham Elko

Staff was great. The room had a horrible smell so we ended up leaving a day early even though we had paid for it. The odor was unbearable

On a positive note, the office help was very friendly and efficient.

Staff was great, tried being helpful. Moved rooms due to grandma not being able to walk upstairs. Door lock / Key was not functioning properly. The hotel is a little rundown looking. Price was good.

Staff was good but building needs lots of upgrades. Looks worn and over used.

There is know continental breakfast. They give you a coupon for a restaurant down the street.

Large room. Comfy beds. Tall toilet and bars in the tub/shower we're all a big plus. Dark room, easy sleep and no noise. The outside appearance was dull and in need of a refresh of paint. Quite the disappointment.

Everything about our stay was perfect the way it looked the cleanliness the lady at check in was very nice… but when we opened the door to our room it did not smell good. That’s my only complaint

Proper clean room. AC works great. Nice refrigerator and tv. Would stay again.

The room smelled like mold mixed with dog pee

Are key didn’t work so every time we left we had do go to the office so she could come and unlock it , it was a pain !! and where the towels are in the bathroom it looked like it was never dusted yuck !,

For us location and the Wyndham name was the only thing it had going for it. Advertised clearly with breakfast, but had none. We were four people and got a voucher for 12 dollars at neighboring diner - covered exactly four coffees. Not even a coffee bar to get coffee or tea. Breakfast is an important factor for us choosing places to stay. Smelled strongly of urine just outside the door and partly inside the room. We don't mind rooms being old and worn, but with this smell it didn't feel good at all. For me Wyndham is a name I trust, but this did not meet expectations on any level - think I have to reconsider my trust in that name.

Good spot to stay on a journey.

Air-conditioning sounded like a clothes washing machine. Which we thought was nice.

It was easy to access, being located in the office. There was very little to choose from. The sweet role was a bit hard.

AC was great. Kelly was very nice at check in and check out. Very nice stay.

The room was loud could hear everything above us. No continental breakfast despite it being on there sign. No pool. The lady at the desk was super nice. But I would not stay here again. Beds uncomfortable dated. Not the days inn quality of old.
