The young lady at the receptionist had no customer services. I have never had such a terrible customer services. She has no respect. She does not know the words like "please" "excuse me" "thank you" So bad. Hope she can learn something in her life from now on.

The hotel is trash smells like sewer and the carpet is falling apart from being too old

Good location Shower did not work, carpets were filthy with stains, stains on walls, parts of the walls were missing plaster.

2 ladies in the front house the day we checked out were terrible.

Just a reminder that if you handicap to make sure you put it in reservation. They put me on 3rd floor no elevator. Glad wasn’t in wheelchair. Boys were not accommodating

Breakfast options limited but okay, a choice of cold drink would be useful when travelling with kids.

Good rate that included breakfast & room was clean. Carpets were torn in the hallway & 2 inches missing at doorway of room. From the outside you can see the torn curtains also needing to be replaced from sun damage.

Clean and good food and stuff really helped me solved the problem. The current need to change because it is old and tear up.

To start with, the smoke detector was removed from the room. There was mold all in the bathtub and the bed was extremely hard. The coffee pot still had coffee in it from the previous guest so it looks like the room hadn’t been cleaned with the exception of the beds being made.

Nothing. It was old and the front desk clerk was rude! There was no elevator.

That it was close to downtown The location was decent, but right across the street the motel is now a homeless shelter. The front desk attendant was nice enough, but kind of cold and blunt. She made sure to lay out the rules first and strongly as if I were a bother to have staying there. The room was small, hot and dank smelling. The caulk lines in the bathroom were moldy, all of the maintenance looked like a child or non professional had done everything. The fridge didn't work and had a nasty odor. The "breakfast " nook was smaller than a closet with only stale children's cereal, coffee and pieces of fruit. To top it all off the cost of the rooms were only a couple dollars cheaper than the Hilton. Won't be staying there again.

Not really anything. I guess a roof over my head It's a busy and loud motel, horrible parking, rude staff and not the cleanest room. They advertised an open pool, but said they couldn't let anyone swim until city inspectors signed off on something..

Hallways, bathroom floor

Affordable, conveintly loacated in Elko, overall clean rooms. Weaknesses: Hallway carpet was needing replacing, though room carpet was fine. Breakfast was good, but not well stocked with juices and other items. Receptioninst was great on check in, but afterwards was not as attentive as I would like. Sink stopper was missing in both rooms I booked. Screen on window was torn so that window could not be opened without allowing bugs in. Window shade was torn and let light in at night. Not huge deals, but with some easy fixes, stay experience would be improved.
