the hamman , the pool, the hot tub and the lake Rooms were quite small. The matratzes not too comfortable

Hotel and restaurant clean and bright. Bedroom comfortable, reasonably spacious and nicely styled. Excellent bathtub. In-room toiletries included a luxurious body lotion not offered at other hotels with similar price points. The dining room is sunny and spacious, with beautiful picture windows opening onto a large outdoor courtyard. Breakfast was very good, with many fresh, delicious choices, including treats like chia pudding and slices of cake or fruit tart. All staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. The steam room was impeccable, adorned with sparkly blue tiles. (Suggestion: one of the two hot tubs could be used for a cold plunge, which would add to the spa's amenities.) Convenient location between lake and town. Glorious views. Would gladly stay again. The corridor to our room was dark and cheerless; I guess they are saving electricity, which I can't argue with. Standing water in the shower between changing room and pool was a little off-putting.

Spa features especially the steam sauna, garden setting, lots of luggage storage, comfortable beds, refrigerator in room, location to great bike rental facility, great free parking , great breakfast Slippery shower in room. Jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough, couldn’t get all the jets to work in jacuzzi attached to the pool

A good size room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access. Easy parking. Beautiful surroundings with lots of walks and hikes, and also in walking distance to lovely Embrun centre ville. We stayed with our 2 dogs and it was very easy.

Nice hotel in a picturesque location. Staff were friendly and the pool and spa facilities were excellent Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed when I visited and the food choice was limited in the local area

Very good location, near the lake, the river La Durance and a few large grocery stores where we could find food and everything else we needed. Friendly staff and agreeable surroundings. We didn't use the pool/spa. It looked nice though. The room had the toilet in a separate cubicle (French style) from the bathroom (sink + shower). -

Breakfast was very good - varied selection of sweet and savoury. The hotel was nice, but for the price it was a little bit 'tired'

The location of the hotel is good. However, We were very dissapointed with the staff of the hotel. We were going to have a snack on the benches outside the hotel and very rudely they kicked us out saying we can only have a picnic outside the premises of the hotel. Most of the hotel staff in reception did not even attempt to speak some English so we could understand them. This felt like France in 1990. Also some of the rooms do not have airconditioning - they do tell you about that when you book so you know about it - but even this is like France 1990. And not in a good way. We stayed one night. We wouldnt want to stay more and we are certainly not coming back.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The location was great, very close to the lake, and there was always parking, even on really busy days. They have a nice outdoor seating area in the garden for guests, which was ideal at this time of year.

The location: outside the city in the green, close to the lake in a really beautiful environment and then the “renowned “ restaurant The restaurant! Limited menu , nearly nothing of local products and overall “unhealthy “ !
