Great staff. Outdoor pool was under renovation but they were trying to complete. Not much to do in area.

Don’t understand why they charge $7 for parking. Very clean room and bathroom. I’ve machines on 5th & 4th floor were not working, but no big deal. Breakfast was good.

Pool was not open-in need of repairs. I was a beautiful setting but super disappointed since I chose the hotel because it offered a pool.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a lot of parking space and really good breakfast.

The hotel really needed a good scrub. The room needed some attention as examples the space between the sink and mirror in the bathroom was disgusting and there were chewed sunflower seeds in a grove in the night table.

Prepaid for the room online, I knew they do a hold for incidentals, fine. I go to check in and the girl Alecia asked me to pay for the room since she didn't understand it was already paid. Next she had no idea how to the deposit or parking fee, which is a joke, not a secured lot, actually felt unsafe. This girl has zero customer service skills whatsoever, fortunately the manager was able to help. Room was loud near the back, not near any amenities, breakfast was supposedly hot, but everything lukewarm at best.For what they charged it was a joke. Never Again

The staff at check-in, breakfast, and dinner were very courteous and helpful. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated and did not have a freezer or our ice packs.

Rooms were clean. Our floor however smelled like sewage. Check in is at 3pm which is extremely late in my opinion. Breakfast selection was good. Hotel is pretty quiet overall. The rooms were clean and to me that is very important for my stay. Would definitely stay here again.
