Location is convenient Impossible to sleep through the noise on weekends. Requested certain room on property several months in advance , which they didn’t make available. Bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. Bedspread had questionable stains, looked unwashed.

Rooms were clean The staff was not very cooperative. I asked for an extra pillow and was flat out told no. The area outside was very noisy, which is to be expected next to a highway. I just found the daytime desk attendant borderline rude and just hard to understand overall. I only stayed here because the hotel across the street came down with a covid warning. I will never stay here again and I travel to Connecticut quite a bit!

It was safe, clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and professional. Paying a $30 fee for early check in. Being informed $20 will be charged for late check out at 1:30 P.M. it a late check out happens.

Prefect for the price and location

The floor was so sticky you couldn't walk on it barefoot. The room was chilly, but the heat didn't work. Although connected to the wifi, I wasn't able to surf anywhere. When we came back to our room the 2nd day, our key no longer worked. There was a LOT of partying and noise from the parking lot outside our door.

Sir conditioner was efficient but noisy. TV service was excellent with sharp HD and a great selection of channels.
