Not really clean

Outside the hotel rooms there was an unpleasant smell

The hotel is ideally located near the train station and downtown. The hotel is not maintained adequately; the area beneath the beds is unclean. Additionally, the beds do not meet the expected comfort level considering the rate paid per night. I anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Proximity to the train station and the city center

Everything was very nice, personell spoke good english and was very helpful.

Eveything was fine, staff very helpful, we got a breakfast to go because we needed to leave earlier than normal breakfast, this was really great. The location is perfect. The hairdryer is not very powerful, since I have very long hair next time I should bring my own. But this is a small thing.

Poor parking. Noisy Aircon

It is very conveniently located near the rail station. The room was nice and clean, nothing fancy but all you need for a short stay. The reception staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. The room may be noisy (not isolated). There was noise from the other guests without the hotel having an intervention about this (but it was also not for long). Also I find it quite expensive.

Location is great, close to the center and especially good when traveling by train. The parking was really hard to find, I had to street park, and walk to the hotel to ask. And even then getting in was a hassle with finding intercoms to talk to the reception on two different locations. Getting online required becoming member. On each device.

Location is perfect Cold, air conditioning was insufficient. No housekeeping during the stay. Our umbrella is stolen from inside the room.

Excellent location across from train station and 5 min walk to the town centre with cafes, restaurants and shops.

The location is great, everything is walking distance from the hotel. Since I had to move a lot due to my work during my stay, it was great to have the train station so close. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The AC wasn't working well, and the room was cold overnight. The coffee cups provided in the room and the breakfast had signs of usage and were dirty. The breakfast options were limited.

The location is great and easily reachable by car or train. The staff was nice and rooms are functional with a TV, kettle, safe and minibar. There was no bartender, but someone from the frontdesk helped us out and made us some nice drinks. The room felt like it hadn't been used for a while, as there was dust on the side-table and one of the pillows. The beds themselves were low to the ground and the mattresses felt well used. There was no coffee machine (only instant coffee), no separate shampoo/conditioner in the shower and the water pressure of the shower was quite low. What surprised us the most is that the room was 26C when we walked in. The vending machine in the lobby only accepts cash, which would be fine, but it didn't have any change, so you had to give it the exact amount.

The hotel was great, but the price was really stiff for what it was.

Facilities, location, staff. One of their security guards I now consider to be a friend.

The location is great, right next to the central station and close to the city center. The room was not very clean, there were stains, hairs and sticky stuff around the room ... the bathroom was better cleaned but not well maintained. the hallway from the elevator to the room had a very strong smell of tobacco as if, not one, but several people were smoking in their rooms. I could not control the temperature in my room, just "cool it down". The bed was terrible, no other way to describe it. I had to call reception for a wifi-code, this was not immediately given upon check-in. Very basic service and facilities for the price. Maybe would stay again but not for a long stay. Quite disappointing but now i know.
