Nothing. They have critters and bed bugs. The staff was very racist towards me and my wife.

The gym was poorly equipped, and some equipment was out of order.

Our son and wife accompanied me and husband to a memorial service in Epinal and American Cemetery. Location was convenient and our suite was exceptional. There was some construction around the breakfast room while we were there but we had good service. Best to park in lot as basement parking is awkward.

Good breakfast. Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Nice spa zone with hot sauna and steam room. Free parking. The dinner in the restaurant. Isolated place where you can't get without a car.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything needed. We got upgraded when we arrived, which was nice. We appreciated the air conditioning - it was a very warm day and our room was on the corner so not much air flow from the window. We would have liked to make use of the breakfast buffet, but it was expensive (almost 40€ for the two of us) so we opted out even though it was Sunday and we knew there would be limited availability for food out in town. Also, the property is not within walking distance of downtown or the river.

The spa the service the restaurant and service Location on a busy roundabout and the building is being renovated at the time of my stay, the room I stayed in felt tired and in need of revamp. However very clean and with everything one would need. Including a fridge a rarity in most hotels at this price point

Great for a stopover driving through rainy France and just outside the main centre. Upgraded room was so nice with everything you could need Staff were very nice The restaurant onsite was superb Safe parking right outside the hotel Nothing

Excellent staff and Spa. We travelled as a group of 4 and experienced two totally different rooms. One modern and newly refurbished whilst our room was outdated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The underground carpark is very difficult to access too so don’t use if you have a large vehicle as you risk damaging upon entry.
