The location wasn't the best

It was a good location, though outside of the city but still some restaurants and shops were nearby. The room was very clean, well equipped, all together it was very good for that price.

The Breakfasts were very nice with a good selection and friendly atmosphere.

Quick, efficient, friendly check-in and out. Was able to borrow a kettle on request. Nice view out the back of the hotel, if possible I'd recommend asking for a first floor room at the back. Motel style accommodation, with door and window directly onto the path outside. Walls not too thick but neighbours quiet. AC appreciated, if not the most efficient. Bed fine, socket above night stand. A few signs of wear here and there but overall well-maintained and clean. TV has a decent selection of channels, standard FR cable and you can select language for channels that offer it. Wifi signal strength and speed good. One fast-food and 3 wok/meat/american restaurants/diners within walking distance. No complaints at this price.

Very easy parking on site, clean , quiet and comfortable room and bathroom. Staff friendly and efficient. It overlooks a golf course and the dining area patio is leafy and cool. We enjoyed a walk on the golf course to stretch after a long drive.

the room was to the rear of the property and very quiet which was great. the breakfast was good. For the hotel type the room was larger than expected, and the bathroom also a good size. The bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The parking was relatively secure, especially considering its location behind a fast-food chain and off a main road. unfortunately the restaurant was fully occupied with a pre-booked party so we needed to eat down the road. The kitchen burglar alarm went off in the early hours and no one appeared able to turn it off. This impacted the rooms of some, but not all, of our party.

friendly staff, good and safe parking for motorcycles, easy to find, near to a reliable restaurant, good breakfast no evening meal was possible on site due to an existing group booking but this was known in advance, the alternative restaurants were reasonable in number but low in quality with one exception which fortunately could cater for us

The staff is excellent. Very polite and friendly. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. The area is extremely quiet. The room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very nice. The food provided was varied and fresh. You have the possibility of making coffee from the reception area, but I don't know if this is only available while the reception is opened. For this Kyriad hotel, I was pleased to get the Kyriad quality I am used to and was expecting. There are a number of restaurants available in the area. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom, but you can request one at the desk area. I suppose that it is because of covid, there was no kettle available in the room.

Easy check-in, convenient for drive to centre of Epinal, clean room, decent sized bathroom, friendly staff. No hairdryer. Otherwise, no complaints.

Breakfast was ok Dirty carpet, the window blinds had holes in them that looked pretty sure like bullet holes. The bathroom door couldn't close and the stairs to 1st floor (outside) should have been replaced or fixed a long time ago
