Very friendly host & hostess. Clean and comfortable room.

Villa Patrizia is ideally located near Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorento, and the Amalfi Coast, with a rail station close by. Stunning views, tasty Italian breakfast, covered parking, wonderful hosts, and the excellent La Smorfia restaurant nearby.

This is my second time here. Everything is perfect. Hope I will come back another time.

The breakfast was very good and catered for our gluten free diets. We were very happy with the room, beds, bathroom, and views. We felt happy, safe and welcomed at this place. The host was great to spend time with and the service was excellent. Nothing was less than expected.

We felt like we were at home. The very spacious room and the wonderful sea view, coffee on the balcony, the pleasure of food, the smell of lemons, the attention and care of the owners, beutiful cofffe and breakfast made us very happy. Market abit far away. But the location is the best in the city who wanna goes the Vezuv and Pompei.

The hosts are very nice and friendly, the view is great, room had plenty of light, nice to have free parking and generally the place has a warm vibe to it, would recommend! Wifi signal could be improved (randomly would deconnect) and breakfast could be a bit more diverse.

Quiet location with amazing views of the sea and islands. Bedroom well appointed with comfortable bed and nice linens. Shower has good water pressure. Bedroom large and has good air conditioning. Lovely breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, fruits, cold meat , cheese ,eggs and love,y cakes…something for everyone. Covered secure parking and remote key to open the gate. The owner is a great communicator who knows his locality and takes time to help you put an itinerary together to explore the area. Roby is an exceptional host. Nothing.

The hosts were super! Roby advised us how to best get around. He will offer to give you a lift to the local station. The room was superb with a million dollar view to the Bay of Naples! Breakfast was very homy. We will return to Villa Patrizia.

This was a wonderful holiday with extremely kind and beautiful hosts, I could not have asked for more, Robbie and Patricia were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they breakfast was lovely. I had beautiful views to Naples bay the bed and room was large and the bathroom was big with a kitchenette. I had seven nights there and would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody coming to this area as there is so much to do. There is nothing I can say wrong this place was absolutely fabulous.

We stayed in the Ischia room which had a fantastic view of the bay including the Sorrento coast and Naples. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect. There was onsite gated parking and we were given a remote control to open and close the gate ourselves. Finally Roby was. FANTASTIC host. He stayed up late for our late arrival at almost 1am and was like our own personal concierge while on our vacation offering recommendations for places to visit and eat, which roads to take and was a simple WhatsApp message away at any time. He even booked a table at a restaurant for us on the fly. However, he was never pushy or over imposing. So great!

Roby, the owner, is very kind and hepful, he gave us excellent advice. The room was perfect, spacy with a superb view over the bay. Thank you! We would like to come again. The locality is nice and quiet but a bit far (and uphil) from the town center and the train station. It is an excellent choice for travellers with their own mean of transportation.

Everything was excellent, specially the owner is so friendly and kind. He is really good and have answer for all the questions. He gives you the best tipps for Restaurant, renting a scooter from which company, where to get a ticket to reach Different Coast and islands. Definitely will be my choice of all time. The view and the location is also perfect you can reach everything by walk. Don’t be shy to ask your question or any favor because he will kindly help you. By the way The room is big enough and you will get enough light with air-conditioner. I can’t mention any. All was fine.
