Parking right outside your door, a lovely terrace that caught the sun in the morning, friendly host. Nice room with an unusual dome shaped ceiling. lovely shower, overall a very comfortable room. all good

The location was quiet but also easy to access main routes for sight seeing

It was perfectly located just outside of Napoli. A few quick and easy train stops to get into the city and the was relatively easy to navigate. Rossella checked us in and was so wonderful! She gave us plenty of places to try and was willing to answer all my questions when they came up. The space is perfect for couples and having breakfast in the morning looking out at Vesuvius was 10/10. The breakfast was homemade and was absolutely delicious. Thank you all again for a wonderful stay!

Amazing property. I found the location to work really well to travel to Pompeii and Napoli. The hosts were always accommodating, and gave lots of information on the area. The breakfast was also delicious. The only thing to keep in mind if you don’t have a car is the busses, as others have mentioned aren’t reliable, I ended up mostly walking to and from Ercolano station to get places, but alternatively they have a friend who does a shuttle service for 10€, which I used when leaving. Overall, highly recommend

Our entire experience was amazing. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the view was amazing. The service we received was beyond what was expected. Anything we asked for was accommodated as best as possible. Breakfast was always great, the food was delicious. I have no complaints about our stay here.

The family could not have been more helpful and their friend Antonio was a really reliable driver. The local buses were totally unreliable so we used Antonio regularly and he always arrived on time. Ciro spoke good English and gave us some helpful advice. Our first night he drove us to a restaurant as the one in walking distance (the excellent Osteria Dante) was closed. His mother made delicious breakfasts, with a choice of sweet or savoury. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. Nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of space for parking if you had your own car. The unreliable buses meant we needed a lift up or down to the train station as we had opted not to hire a car and to stay somewhere quieter than the middle of town.

The property owners, Ciro, and his mother, are spectacular hosts. They were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The balcony with the view of Mount Vesuvius was wonderful to sit on and have our breakfast each morning. Oh, and the breakfast spread was amazing! The rainfall shower was a nice touch with good water pressure. The espresso machine in the room was great! The location of the property was a short drive to get onto the highway and the local train line. We would definitely stay again if we are in the Napoli area. We loved everything about this property. However, there is a spiral staircase to get up to the bedroom loft upstairs, so if you have any younger children or someone with disabilities, this may present challenges.

The room and locations were really nice, and Ciro was a really good host and gave us very good recommendations for dinner. You can also park your car in front of the house which is a really good amenity. Breakfast: we would have appreciated that there was some savory breakfast together with the pastries. Room: the room was great in space, but it was cold, and the AC couldn't really warm it up.

Everything was easy and the view was outstanding. The host was 100%, which actually made the trip. I got fantastic advice on where to buy what I wanted and the restaurant recommendation was perfect. This experience show that the great property is one thing, but also having a host who was willing to help/assist/recommend the right things in a town where I knew nothing. Example, I asked for a great steakhouse. I got recommended an amazing steakhouse which was awesome, but also got how/where to park for the restaurant, that was the above and beyond that made it so special.. Thank you :-) Nothing, came to relax and the property truly allowed it

The location and even though it was right down town when you closed the windows there was no noise. The place was perfect for a couple and sooo close to the beach. It was a great little place

Very welcoming hosts. Amazing breakfast, you can chose savory or sweet; we did the savory option and it was really good. Everything was really clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, just make sure you close the windows when you go to sleep; other than that, I really recommend this B&B.

The room on the top floor has two levels and the bedroom is on a different level than the bathroom, which might be inconvenient at night. In our room, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken and the sink was small, which made it so that a lot of water spilled onto the counter. Everything else was great, so we had a lovely time!

They did such a great job to accommodate our preferences (more savoury and eggs). Also recommended the ruins in Ercolano and the best pizza place on our entire trip—Pizzeria La Perule! Loved our room looked out onto Mount Vesuvius. Also accommodated our late arrival. Plus the bathroom is top notch!! The bed was too firm for us but this seems to be the case with all the beds in Italy.
