Hotel Souvenir

We booked the wrong night and the hotel was very accommodating and booked us in free of charge for the correct night when we arrived. The location was great and the price was excellent. I would recommend.

We got locked in our room. The key mechanism didn't work. We called the front desk and no one picked up. Lucky for us, the staff was sitting outside our room. We called down to them and they came to fix it. We ran out of hot water taking showers. The room was advertised as 1 km away from our friends... It was more like 5 km away, and we were walking . Not a pleasant surprise at 10pm.

Decent place for a short stay around the city-area. Clean rooms and a big parking area to leave your car. Excellent view from the balcony and really quiet place to enjoy your sleep. A super market and dinning selections are very close , about a 2 minutes walk. Only the bathroom was refurnished, the rest room and the building needs a fresh touch. The stuff doesn't speak English thats kind of a known problem for Italy so be prepared and have a translator available. The entrance and the exit of the parking is hard since its on a corner and has low visibility , also now space for pedestrians or if you want to walk around sinc the streets are extremely narrow.

The hotel is very clean with hospitable staff, and amazing panoramic view of the sea and Napoli! You definitely need to rent a car or scooter,because otherwise you need hike the hill between 30min to an hour. The shared taxi works until 6-7PM, there is no public transport.

Very good value for your money. This place is a humble yet very comfortable hotel, super clean and staff very friendly. The location is great and there is a nearby restaurant called Messa Luna that is delicious, recomendacion from the hotel ?

Friendly staff, no negative remarks about the room. It is definetly worth the price. Can be noisy sometimes, the walls don't stop sound very well, however the location is away from the city and the only source of noise is from the hotel itself.

the room stank horribly, bed was super uncomfortable and a staff member just entered the room one morning without knocking or any warning while I was getting changed. Would not recommend especially for a women travelling.

Great A/C, clean room, friendly staff, good housekeeping, location is relatively quiet. A bit out of the way, not too many groceries in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the souvenir hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy about the sparkling clean room, it was very confortable, with a nice balcony and great view over the vesuvio on one side and napoli on the other. Perfectly working air conditioning, great pressure in the shower, confortable bed. The staff is amazing :) We had a big issue with our car and the manager and the staff have been very very kind, understanding and super helpful. Thanks again for everything.
