Location, near to Vesuve The mountain view is deceptive – it’s actually the view of the building opposite, with just a tiny bit of the mountain barely visible – look at my photo. The plastic croissants were not even enough for three days – there wasn’t even one per person per day. It’s not really breakfast anyway – dry rusks are not a proper breakfast. For three days, there was no hot water; the water was freezing cold, making it impossible to take a shower. I reported the problem, the owner said she had fixed it, but in fact it still didn’t work. In the end, she asked me to give her a 10/10 rating. I asked if she really thought she deserved that, and her response was very unpleasant. She accused us of lying about the water issue (even though others mention it in the reviews and she herself told us beforehand that they had hot water problems). She also accused us of leaving a mess, even though I had made the bed and wiped up the spilled coffee on the floor (the table was unstable). I don’t understand the good ratings – honestly, I think this must be a scam. The hotel should be avoided, especially because of the owner’s attitude and the lack of hot water.

Breakfast was not what I was expecting Location is far away from everything, there is no shop or bus station near, the water was turning cold and hot when I was showering, there were ants,

Thr view is just amazing. The balcony was so nice to sit on and overlook the sea. The location eas perfect for visiting Pompei and Naples.

What a place. Just fantastic value for money. A bit outside from Naples, but All worth it. Looking at the city from the the Balcony is a breathtaking experience, and compared to what you get for the money in Naples is this a true gem. When Naples can be a bit chaotic it can be Nice to find a quite spot, and this is the place. Furthermore, there are bars, restaurants not to far from this place with amazing views. Enjoy! The money you save can you use for taxa or pay the owners to drive you. They were so Nice to drive us to the city, which is not too expensive. All in All a big 10/10! Nothing.

Great view of see and the volcano

Nice views.The room was small but cosy.Host was nice. Poor breakfast also only one small shot of espresso available for morning coffee.

Spectacular view, and Anna (the host) was also really nice.

Ana was a great host. Not many things are within walking distance.

The owners are very nice, the breakfast is inside the room including coffee, milk, sweet products and even some cereal. The view is amazing, and they also offer free parking inside the garden. Maybe there could be a few more small lamps inside the room.

Anna was very nice and helpful. It can not be called breakfast (cornflakes, and some snacks), and the coffee machine is in bad shape. The view is not actually from the room.

The apartment was nice. The owner was really nice and caring. There was a private parking space. The coffee making machine and coffee wasn't good. You could offer some non lactose milk even though that may not be the most important thing for others.

Very good

Nice to stay for a short trip. The room was very clean and well equipped with breakfast etc. The room looks brand new. The property has a parking area and the view was nice from the room we stayed in. Best for us was the wine glasses to enjoy a nice evening with wine where none of the other property we stayed had. You can also buy some drinks from them. The only negative we felt was the neighbours were very noisy and dogs were barking till late night and early morning. Other than that it's a good place if you don't mind the surroundings.

Superb

The owner was very nice and welcoming to us. Communication was easy. We could use parking space in the property and could also leave our bags at the room in the morning so we don't have to carry it to Vesuvio. Stunning view on the sunsets above the city from our room door/balcony.

Great location, private parking, great view. All in all a good place to stay in order to explore the region. The breakfast could be better. Pre-packaged stuff in the room.
