Pool was nice Staff attitude was arrogant, dismissive and too pushy towards selling extra, food quality was well below basic buffet standards at all inclusive. No pool towels were provided. Entertainment was low quality

It’s well positioned on a lovely beach, perfect for young children as the water is shallow for a long way out and barely any waves. The pool is area is well looked after and clean. The location of the pool side rooms are ideal for children, being able to nip in and out for snacks, toilet, naps etc. The staff were lovely, helpful and kind. Some items we had were given complementary, eg cost of baby cot per night. The rooms are in desperate need of a refurb. The rooms are very worn and tired. We had both a pool side room and a ‘sea view’ room. (Be aware you can’t actually see the sea unless you hang over the balcony, instead we looked over the car park). It actually doesn’t fit the criteria for a 4 star hotel so unsure how it is rated as such. No room service, no phone in the room, no tea and coffee making facilities, no spa etc. It wasn’t bad enough to move hotels, but we did consider it, however once we saw the beach and pool it balanced out the bad rooms. We stayed in 2 other locations around Trapani, Villa Angelina and Baglio Sorìa , both were excellent!

It is a big location and has everything, beach access was great and facilities were good. Breakfast was very good with wide range of foods. Pool had no shade

Both the location and the breakfast were good. The personnel were friendly and attentive. The location needs to be updated.. The perceived value is not there. The rooms need major restoration. They are old and outdated.

I thought the rooms were spacious, and we had large clean bathroom with a little patio facing the pool. Comfortable beds and towels. We thought the pool temperature was too cold. The beach was dirty and smelly during our stay. The sea and its waves were too dangerous for actual swimming. We did a stuff about the occurrence and apparently it happens often.

very big hotel with nice pool and private access to a lovely beach. Safe free parking some of the bar staff were rude, seen drinking on shift and not very professional. We asked for a modern room prior to arrival after a recommendation. The hotel confirmed the request but we were in an old style room with old fashioned European plugs. Although a side sea view it was far too hot to sit on the balcony as boxed in with the lift shaft on one side. No balcony light either

The staff was extremely kind and all seemed to get along like family. We had to book last minute due to a bad VRBO situation and they were able to accommodate our early check in request and our request to have our 2 rooms located near each other. They even had a nice fruit and cookie plate set out for us in each of our rooms. The pool and beach were wonderful! Both had plenty of space to accommodate all the guests. Beach and pool towels are only supplied upon paying a rental fee/deposit. The menu at the pool bar wasn't large but good variety of poke bowls, salad, fruit, pizza and various sandwiches. We didn't have the breakfast or lunch buffet so I'm not sure about them but the dinner buffet also had a good variety of traditional Sicilian and other items for 35 euros per person. This was a great place to spend our last few days in Italy. We wish the breakfast buffet would have been served longer. The beds were made up the usual way for a warm Italian summer, two "top sheets" so they provided a blanket in the closet for additional warmth. The problem was that the blankets provided were very rough/scratchy. It would have been nice to have had the pool towels provided automatically in the room upon arrival.

Perfect combination of relax and convenience .right on the beach, quiet and yet close to Trapani. The staff is very very nice and friendly. All of them really made the difference Is not exactly the property, but the beach was not as nice as I expected. If I might suggest… change the singer or at least the playlist every day otherwise the guests will listen to the same songs everyday

Being in the water Staff at the bar were rude

The pool and beach areas are lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of storage. The staff were incredible. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with everything from cereals, pastries, bread and cold cuts, to omelettes and pancakes. The mattress was incredibly hard and the pillows were pretty flat. There should be more deck chairs in the pool area and I didn’t like that you had to pay an extra €20 per deck chair for a front row space by the sea. The location is a bit far from Trapani center and there weren’t many taxis operating after midnight.
