Baymont by Wyndham Erie

Called front desk Adam and he did not deliver what was missing in the room!!! There was no coffee or tea in the room and Adam refuse and hang up on me!!! This was a worst hotel stay in my life! My trip I stayed 4 night in 4 different hotels and this was made my night shower less!!!

We stay here for the included Casino Shuttle. It was 'broke down' and was not part of the offer as advertised. VERY disappointing.

Shower water pressure was less than desirable but thats all I can complain about. Water temp was good, clean room, friendly and professional staff.

The staff was nice when we were checking in, however, there were several things that we needed that should’ve been in our room and weren’t. My husband had to go down to the front desk to retrieve a few things that we needed that weren’t in our room, and there were several other guests doing the same thing that were also saying that no one would answer them when they called either. We had only one washcloth for two people, pretty much an empty bottle of shampoo, were only given enough coffee for 2 cups for our two day stay, the plastic cups weren’t covered at all in plastic, and only one of out two room keys would work.

Carpet was dated, bathroom door was warped and wouldnt shut properly. Sheets had burn holes in them and didn't fit the bed properly. Pillows were basic. Bathroom towels were like sandpaper. Our room was on the backside of the elevator. The sound of the elevator sounded twice and could be heard in our room. With the price we paid we would expected better. Wont be back again!!

Very comfortable hotel. The staff are great. Housekeeping staff are hardworking and on top of guests needs. They greeted us every morning and asked if we needed anything each day.

On top of this horrible experience, Expedia would not reimburse us for the 2nd night when we had to book a different hotel at our own expense. I expected better service from Expedia. It seems they are ok with their customers being treated poorly in terrible conditions.

Breakfast was basic. No waffle machine for instance, just toaster waffles.

I do not recommend this hotel for long term stay. Also I was told that you have to ask housekeeping to come in and your room to do their job ?!?! I was gone 9 hours one day and come back to room not be touched. They had not come in to even empty trash or collect the dirty towels which I had in one pile in the bathroom. I went to the front lobby desk and this is what an employee told me. I was not told this information at check in. Most the employees were not great. The only good employee interaction had was with a manager I think named Suby (?). The hotel was just ok. But would not stay in the future

There was hair all over the bed and.pillows. The room was so dusty and the telephone was preof with weeks and weeks of dust. Very poor hygiene

Nice rooms and staff was very professional and kind.

I have stayed here multiple times, and this time I was disappointed with the person at the front desk upon arrival. Had to wait at least 5 minutes for her to arrive, and she seemed put out to be doing her job. The room was not properly prepared, with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth, for 3 guests. Called the front desk, and asked for more of each, and that someone would come down to pick them up. Upon showing up to pick them up, the front desk person,again, seemed to be put out to be doing her job. There were 3 bottles in the bathtub/shower area, and 2 of them were empty. The only one that wasn’t empty was the shampoo bottle. Very disappointed this time staying here.

They had a decent breakfast selection, although the staff had told me they did have a pool which most wyndhams do have indoor pools but they lied and by the time we found out it was too late to cancel our reservation Being lied to by the front desk clerk about the swimming pool

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. This establishment was clean and quiet. Location was also great. Very reasonably priced. Gave 4 stars because the breakfast options were very limited. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Stains all over the sheets and towels. Only one towel in bathroom and was damp and stunk. Floor was disgusting. Pillow was the lumpiest pillow I’ve ever seen. I put my shirt over it to sleep on it it was so gross. Didn’t sleep under the covers because it was so dirty. Only one roll of toilet paper and it was nearly gone. Shower curtain was falling off the rod because it was ripped. Shower filled up with brown water while using it. Pubic hair on floor in multiple spots. Door wouldn’t lock. Bathroom sink was in the room and not the bathroom. All my clothes smelled like cigarettes when I got home. Absolutely disgusting. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever been to.
