Very poor customer service. Took ten-fifteen minutes for someone to arrive at check in. They were sullen and rude when they arrived. They refused to give breakfast despite it being clearly part of what I had booked. Room dirty. No plugs near bed to be able to charge phone.

Didn’t like a thing It was DIRTY, it STUNK, garbage in the hallway and Garbage in the room , the door was wide open and there was Garbage bags on the floor and looked like a little pile of junk laying on the floor next to the open door. It was a disgrace , I wouldn’t take my dog in there, it looked like a drug hang out.

Did not even stay for ten minutes after check in. Front desk worker would not clean my room. Would not give me a different room. There is not one thing that I liked. Every single thing about my experience.

Cost but ya get what ya pay for Dirty walls loveseat socks under love seat pills behind night stand. Bathtub and mirror dirty just totally not acceptable. Also said free breakfast on booking site stayed Aug 2026 they stopped breakfast sometime in 2025

Room was dirty. Used tissue left on the floor didn't look vacuumed. "Counter in bathroom was broke. The only good thing is the water was hot. Reserved a king bed but they only had 2 fulls. Nice area to be but this hotel wasn't the best place to stay.

The room was filthy. I don't even think they wash the sheets or pillow cases for the next gas. Had a smoking room, and the ashtray had about seven cigarettes butts in it. The AC is confusing and the front desk clerk was not friendly at all. Called the front desk because of the problems in my room, he tells me to hang on, and he hung up on me. Didn't know he hung up on me, so I sat there with the phone on my ear for about 10 minutes just to find out he wasn't even there. I will never return there!
