like cigarette smoke and the room and bathroom were small. No outside furniture to sit on. The AC worked great and the fridge was good.

Small room could not move around and terrible smell in room

The room was filthy we woke up every morning to bugs knats flies all over the shower floor and liner and the bathroom sink. We found out that the majority of people there lived there and were drunks and druggies. The pool was open 1 day out of 5 it opened a second day by maintenance but we got kicked out shortly after by the owners. The so-called breakfast was a loaf of old bread with cream cheese from a container that everyone shares so who knows how many fingers touched the container and a box of snack cakes from the dollar store. One of the employees who lived there would take her boyfriend into random rooms at night stay in there with lights out for awhile I only noticed from sitting outside of the room. We then found a rat in our room and notified the maintenance man on shift and he did NOTHING AT ALL DIDNT TRY TO CATCH IT SWITCH OUR ROOM OR ANYTHING. ON TOP OF THAT I PAID 270 MORE DOLLARS THAN I SHOULD HAVE. I WOULDNT STAY THERE IF IT WAS FREE. I WOULD PITCH A TENT AWFULL EXPERIENCE. AND WASNT OFFERED ANY TYPE OF REFUND WE SLEEP IN OUR SUV OVERNIGHT WHEN WE FOUND THE RAT.

It was not clean.

We was to have a room that slept 12 but only slept 6 we had to go but an air mattress just to sleep everyone. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The toilet would move

When I arrived the clerk appeared to be new at his job and the young person teaching him chose to ignore my desire to check in and go to my room and instead spent 30 minutes instructing the new employee in how to check someone into a room. I will be sure never to stay here again for any reason.

My children and I stayed in the family room. It was perfect for what we needed, close to presque isle, 3 beds, fridge with freezer and microwave. There was a mouse that visited our bathroom at night. Note that there is NOT any free breakfast on weekdays.

The room was fithy. Half of the plugs didn't work. Not enough lighting. The carport was so dirty that after a shower my feet were dirt from walking in the room. The mattress cover was dirty and old. The box spring cover was dirty and old. Front desk staff was rude. Cleaning staff and maintenance were very nice. They still use keys but because the door knob was damage i had a hard time getting into my room.Breakfast was cheap and only on Saturday and Sunday. The picture don't match the property at all. It is run down, the wifi was awful couldn't work while there. Parking is okay as long as the residents aren't using it. There are people that live there that keep there animals outside all day on chains. I paid to much for this room. I have never stayed in such a awful hotel in Erie. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! I advise no one does.

Good place for a quick weekend stay for our fishing trip.

We booked for 2 days paid 203$ and they said it was only for 1 day and chased us out said it was for 1 day im upset
-
well, first of all, it was falsely advertised as free breakfast, which was not provided. which did not make us happy with a child. price did not correlate with the room. they managed to put 2 beds in a room when originally was one, so one should squeeze between the bed and wall (3-4" space) to get into it. wi-fi is a joke, even after rebooting the extender, wi-fi signal periodically disappeared. too bad, the location is fantastic, but humans can ruin all good, we know this well.

No pool as advertised, supposedly closed for mataniece, in July . very small rooms , but people up all night taking and smoking outside
-

About what you’d expect. Nothing...

We stayed here so we could be close to Waldameer Amusement & Water World and that was our favorite part of our stay. Parking is ample, cable TV was enjoyable and the hot water was perfect. The beds were not comfortable, the microwave was not included (we asked for one & felt the need to say it was listed as an amenity and shown in the pics, before we would get one). Breakfast is NOT included except on Sunday and that was not available until 9 or so am. We were not provided a place to hang any clothing or any drawers to put away any clothing. We put most of our toiletries in the bathroom window sill. We did not use the pool, as we did not have a life vest for our 7 yr old and they required us to use one and we were going to the water park portion of Waldameer anyhow.
