Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Airport–Florence/ Erlanger

Like the old saying goes, You get what you pay for! This is an older property and is showing its age. While the room was clean, the furniture, carpet, etc. seriously needs updating. Also, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room, even though there was a refrigerator and microwave.

Gross hotel, room reeked of urine, I didn’t stay there. Felt unsafe as well. Don’t quickly grab a room here, I don’t know what I was thinking.

Room smelled like wet dog. Bath tub was filthy, clearly not been cleaned well. The AC didn't work well, nor did the mini fridge. Also kept hearing loud banging noises coming from somewhere near the room all night long. Bed was very uncomfortable.

This place is so disgustingly unclean and unkept. Its actually surprising they are in Business. Not only was the room so disgusting that is was unable to be slept in but when the staff was confronted about the state of the room, they were rude and denied it. Of course, we tried to get our money back and stay somewhere else but according to policy we would not recieve a refund or even a "I'm sorry". Still, had to lose that noney and go get a different hotel. Sketchy people all over the parking lot, unclean and an overall feeling of being unsafe. I tried to give 0 stars but i cant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Convenience Put me in a room right above where they started construction at 7 am.....dirty towels....no toilet paper....drinks still in the fridge . I complained..they said sorry ...well that isn't good enough for me...ive stayed there twice in the last month and won't be bacj

Building was falling apart and the rooms were nasty from ceiling to floor.

For starters No breakfast. Second the lady at the front desk was so rude she already had 3 ppl waiting in the lobby cause she had attitude and don’t let them stay. I went up to the desk to check in and she was I guess pissed off already and was being rude to me for no reason I told her she needs to check her attitude and she was like I don’t have to rent you the rm here your id. And called the cop on everyone in the lobby. Like idk if it was a scam cause I book it online and didn’t get the coverage for cancellation or get you money back cause she knew if she didn’t give us a rm we couldn’t get a refund. So I advise ya don’t stay here if you don’t have money for another rm somewhere else or if you didn’t get pay for the money back cause they will take your money and call the cops on you. And ban you from the hotel

close to what i was there for nasty conditions.. Blood stains on the bed ac did not work one towel and it had been written on in black marker shower handle fell off in my hand when i tried to use it bathtub was stained badly lavatory sink did not drain I was on the 4th floor and the elevator didnt work One bed was worn out that it collapsed when you sat on it Prepaid for 2 nights and left after one with no refunds
